&lt;p&gt;This may be coming in Part III of your supplements post, but it seems that if we aren&#039;t spending a lot of time outdoors, or we&#039;re older than 40, then we may need to at least take some Vitamin D to put us on par with real hunter/gatherers. If we ate more organ meats, then we should have enough A and K2.&lt;/p&gt;
