Another record month for traffic, with nearly 30,000 visits and over 50,000 page views. Awesome, thanks to you readers, and especially: you commenters. If you're a reader who's not taking in the comments, I encourage you to give them a try. There's lots of addendum info on almost every post, lots of anecdotes and personal experience, and lots or people who know what they're talking about. Very often, questions are being answered by other readers with particular insight or very similar experience. Feel free to ask questions in comments.

Richard – you are running a great blog. It is no wonder that it is becoming so popular.

    all the best

Congrats, your blog is always an interesting read. I hope an increase in traffic also means an increase in people interested in cutting out grains, sugar and veg oils. It would really make life easier if my friends and family would stop thinking that I am insane when it comes to food.

  • Richard Nikoley

You're not insane, Jo. And they just — for what reason I can't imagine — prefer the "Zoo kibble chow" like everyone else. We have all merely discovered wild food for non-domesticated animals.

jeez Richard, your blog is great… I am trying to do what you have done and have been struggling… now I am up against a wedding so I have more motivation…

I always curious if you use protein supplements… I started taking leucine with my evening meal now that I read Dr. Devany does it…

  • Richard Nikoley

Thanks. Re protein, I usually take in a scoop of whey (Gold Standard, very low carb) along with heavy cream, coconut milk, coconut oil and two eggs (in blender w ice) twice per week, normally the morning after a workout.

Richard – your blog has quickly become a MUST read for me. I love your no BS style. Really, thanks for such a great resource.

Your Oprah post was a thing of beauty and I have sent it to numerous people who I am gently trying to encourage with the lifestyle. Such a well done summary.

Your coverage on Vitamin D was excellent and I started supplementing b/c of it (5000IU /day).

  • Richard Nikoley

Thank you so much, Mark. I really appreciate that you took the time to write that.

    Richard,

Thanks for the "congrats." I did see this post and am psyched about your traffic growth (I take no credit – your quality content is driving the traffic upwards!!). That is exactly the kind of pattern you want to see. It reminds me of how ml-implode.com started back in Jan/Feb 2007.

Looking forward to seeing this site go even further — I just like being one of the site's earliest adopters :P
