Wanted to comment on your note about animals getting their vitamin D3 in their fur and by licking their fur transfer into their system. Did you know some of the Vit D3 in oil capsules come from the fur of sheep (in the lanolin I think), the Vit D3 is extracted and put into oil solution in capsules. I found this out from asking about Vit D3 from retailer in the UK.

Hi Richard, I pass on your website address to anyone who is interested, I recently was asked about a low carb book I was reading, and from there the discussion went automatically to giving the person your website. I love doing this as it is free, but also it is has easy access to photo journal showing your weight loss journey. PLUS the links to Arthur De Vany and Mark's Daily Apple, which I read regularly - and its all in one place for newcomers to peruse. Your site will continue to grow because you are open sharing what and whom you know. Although I am tempted to become a Twitter member, I just enjoy looking at your Twitters on this site. Thanks for it all, you are really a force for good.
