&lt;p&gt;Great insight. I loath the whole low-carb constant trek to find new low-carb processed packaged junk and I read Cordain&#039;s recipes and they just sound awful. Steamed fuckin&#039; veggies? Gimme a break.&lt;/p&gt;

I think this meal really shows what Free the Animal is more about.  It takes Cordain&#039;s meat and veggies ideas, and then adds fat to give it that extra kick.  kinda like crab legs vs. crablegs in melted butter.&lt;/p&gt;
