Thought I'd throw up last night's dinner while I work on another post.

Simple as can be. For two salmon filets: finely chop 1/3 shallot and a single clove of garlic, sauté in a tbsp of unsalted butter until both are dark & toasty, reduce heat to low and melt in another 2-3 tbsp of butter, let bubble a bit, turn off heat. Then grill your salmon, and about 3 minutes per side should do it.

Was the fish bad or are you one of those bulimics or something? :)

Great work with the site, BTW!

Ha! Hilarious. Couldn't for the life of me figure out what you were talking about, at first.

    You got me good.

Looks good to me. Don't think I would throw it up….sorry, it was the first thing I saw too.

Dang, that looks good! Much better than my 'rushed' Salmon last night. I just forced the dry leftovers down my throat right now and the only thing that helped was a bunch of melted OCO & some fresh-squeezed lemon!
