This is actually one of our family staples.

My 1 & 3 year old kids absolutely destroy the wocka (guacamole in kidspeak) which is the same recipe as yours except for adding a pinch of cumin. I often keep the jalapenos for myself though ;)

I make my own seasoning for the beef (500 grams... I'm an Aussie) which is, all to taste:

- ground cumin (at least 1 tablespoon)
- sweet paprika (at least 2 tablespoons)
- ground coriander seed (at least 1 tablespoon)
- salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- brown onion
- garlic (2 cloves)
- chopped fresh coriander at the end

I don't make tacos very often, so I just use the standard major-brand bottled seasoning. Can't recall which one, but you can get at any supermarket. I have a big shaker which I believe I may have gotten at Costco at some point.

What kind of taco seasoning do you use, or do you make it yourself?

Looks yummy, but seems a little short on ground beef. I had left over prime rib from Friday night's dinner at Tahoe Joe's for lunch, can't wait for the paleo meatloaf your mom is doing for dinner tonight..
