Quick, easy & delicious -- and you should eat it with your fingers, as I did.

Crispy Beef Eggs
It requires some leftover beef that's tender enough to shred, some eggs, and some butter. First, spread the beef out on a cookie sheet and fire under the broiler on the low setting, mid height in the oven (it will burn, otherwise). After it begins to crisp & smoke, flip it until the same thing.
Now put it in the pan where you melter a good amount of butter and spread it to the edges so you have a crater. That's where the eggs go. Cover until the yolks are as you like 'em.
Eat with fingers. Lick fingers.

Yum. Looks tasty. I’ve been thinking I need to get away from the usual breakfast meats… this is a push in that direction.
When your Primal, you gotta do what you gotta do, and in my case that meant doing more cooking. Your receipe is inventive, and I’ll try it.
Meanwhile… here’s another one.
Take about a quart of low sodium V-8 (I know, a packaged food, but not too bad and lots of veggies).
One lb of pasture raised ground beef. Or just chop up a pound of any other kind of high quality meat.
Brown beef gently.
Pour V-8 in to pot. Add browned beef.
Add any and every vegitable you have handy. Peppers, broccoli, olives, garlic, onions, cauliflower, celery…
Simmer until the boccoli start to get tender.
Eat. Makes for a very hearty soup. throw a little goat cheese on top for extra taste.
Now I just have to get a juicer and make my own V-8 equivalent…
So… what the very best veritable juicer? Anyone?
I meant vegetable juicer of course… clicked too fast on the spell check…
Dave, get a Vita-Mix. Better than a juicer since you get all the other good stuff in there as well. My juicer collects dust except when I go to juice apples for ACV.

This is great stuff! I do this with ground elk often, but I’ll give it a try with some shredded. That sounds even better.
last night to break a 24 hour fast:
shredded shoulder of a mac-nut fed wild pig that I cooked overnight at 190 wrapped in foil with persimmons and onions. fried till crispy. 3 eggs on top with a chunk of butter and some curry powder.
same thing again for breakfast but more meat, diced leftover yams, doubled to six eggs and added some cheddar for the kids.
I think this will be a regular feature until we get tired of it. quick and simple.
As usual, your food porn is making me hungry!
That. Is. Awesome.
