Quick, easy & delicious — and you should eat it with your fingers, as I did.
It requires some leftover beef that’s tender enough to shred, some eggs, and some butter. First, spread the beef out on a cookie sheet and fire under the broiler on the low setting, mid height in the oven (it will burn, otherwise). After it begins to crisp & smoke, flip it until the same thing.
Now put it in the pan where you melter a good amount of butter and spread it to the edges so you have a crater. That’s where the eggs go. Cover until the yolks are as you like ’em.
Eat with fingers. Lick fingers.
