Richard,
I got the book this week, read it and now going through the links. I made the sweet potato pancakes Wednesday night and LOVE LOVE them. Just seeing something frying nicely in a pan with coconut oil, getting browned and crispy along side some chicken breasts rolled in egg and crusted with unsweetened coconut flakes does my soul good, let alone my body. Today I am on my first IF–kind of like you have in the book, only I got a later start last night. Worked sprints also on Thursday so I am now implementing some Paleo exercise in my life. I used to be a jogger in my younger years, but walk and do Curves now. Also Nordic walking with poles–really works on the midsection and at Curves I just work the machines HARD for now. May go the route of just lifting myself like Mark Sission has on his blueprint. I could save $30.00 a month from curves to buy more MEAT.
Your book is, as others have said, an excellent “go-to-first” for those interested or beginning the Paleo life. I plan to spread the word. I didn’t buy it on Amazon (NOOK) but I can post a review anyway when I get time. I may get the print version and donate to the library I work at. Make sure it is on display in the New Book Section. I have that POWER!
Thank you Janet.
Hey, here’s another idea to go along with your sweet potato pancakes, scroll down a bit.

The art work in those pictures of Paleolithic people is absolutely terrific.
Just so everyone knows, none of those posts were actually created by me. They were put together by someone in connection with one of my publisher’s (Hyperink) VC investors. One of the big reasons I went with Hyperink for this project.
