Over Easy Omelet?

Omelet with a warm, runny yolk

Take three eggs, separate the yolk from one, beat the other two plus the white. Make an omelet. When it’s ready to fold, gently place your yolk in and just as gently, fold it over.

    Thanks for this awesome recipe Richard. So simple it makes you wonder why you never thought of it.

    I love yolks and have heard its better for your health to eat them less cooked, but have gotten really tired of fried eggs.

    Been making these every morning for the last 4 days, even made my brother one and he said it was the best omelet he’s ever had. I agree.
