I loved reading your FB posts, and always looked forward to your getting out of FB jail. I do miss your free-flowing and wide-ranging content, and hope you at least post here. I’ve learned a lot, gotten “less wrong” as I go, and feel like I need more of that in my life.
I nuked my FB recently. I could not stand to see beloved people from my childhood with their asses and idiocy hanging out in the wind. Decided to focus my time and energy on biological family right here, in my face :)
We are working on pulling out of Oregon as it has become a giant FB experience. Moving to the woods in Idaho by next spring – it feels safer and cleaner there. The whole family, 4 gens strong is going. Tiny tribe, I suppose.
The sort of thing I like to see.
