I’d be honored to squeeze my way into the conditioning section! i’ve been trying to beef up my content recently.

Dear animals!
This might be interesting for smokers:
Since I am on the Paleo-train (it’s been only ten days now – but I lost 1.5 KG of bodyfat already!) I don’t feel the urge to smoke so much any more. Why? Since I don’t snack anymore (fat & protein keep me satisfied for hours), I am not as nervous any more (I still am a nervous type, but I know now that this comes from the sugar-cigarette combination!). Now less craving for sugar results in less craving for cigarettes.
Now I don’t “need” to smoke every hour any more, because there are almost no more snacks in my life. I am much more relaxed this way.
So, I am quite positive that living a Paleo life-style will help me achieving my ultimate goals: Being lean, strong and smoke-free!
Never mind the peace-pipe, though!
