“Paleosphere”

New word. I coined it, if Google is to be believed.

Use royalties can be via PayPal. :)

Since Covid killed my Cabo San Lucas vacation-rental business in 2021, this is my day job. I can't do it without you. Memberships are $10 monthly, $20 quarterly, or $65 annually. Two premium coffees per month. Every membership helps finance this work I do, and if you like what I do, please chip in. No grandiose pitches.

It was also used on the Modern Paleo blog you linked to the other day:

Awesome. That’s so much better than the phrase “the paleo community” that I’ve been using.

You better get it on your Free the animal “shameless commerce” fast

paleosphere.com was purchased 3 years ago, so I’m afraid you weren’t exactly first.

Looks like “meatsphere.com” is also taken.

    • Travis on March 23, 2010 at 16:31

A meatsphere sounds like something that would come on a stick at a county fair or a festival. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. :-)

It looks it was used here on 3/12, too:

That being said, once it takes off, I’m sure your royalties will be more well deserved due to the size of your readership!

“And vegans live in the Paleosfear.”

LOL. Now that’s a word worth trademarking.

    Let me try:
“Paleosphere Deniers” – Those who stand to profit directly or indirectly by pushing the criminal myth that grains are a healthy food.

Neal Barnard of physicians for responsible medicine has an all day long infomercial on PBS here today for their telethon, selling his cure-diabetes-with-carbs book for $90 !

If it’s on there you must turn it on, it’s sooo outrageous.

Olive oil is dangerous because its 13% saturated fat.

Diabetics should eat lots of pasta.

    I shit you not!

I never thought they could outdo Wayne Dyer…

    Never underestimate a hippie.

Thanks, man, from what I can gather at a glance. I speak French, but my wife, Spanish, so she’s reading it to me know. I could stubble through, given Latin similarities, but no need now.
