The Month of Extreme Discipline: Report 2; Days 4-6

— Doing AJAC’s SHRED30 + HP/MC/LF Mostly Whole Food + 18/6 TRF

“Explore the ups and downs of a mature fitness journey with this detailed report on days 3-6 of Alexander J.A. Cortes’ SHED30 Program. Discover how gym routines, diet changes, and intermittent fasting can reshape not only your body but your lifestyle too. This companion guide is perfect for anyone looking to step out of their comfort zone and embrace a healthier way of living.”

[Report 0; The Introduction. Report 1; Days 1-3. This follows Alexander J.A. Cortes’ SHED30 Program. This is a “companion guide” of sorts, focussed on old guys (but good for anyone). You will not use this as a substitute. AJAC’s program is the required prerequisite.]

There are ups and downs; good days and bad days; there are great and greater days. It’s life in the context of a gym, diet, and intermittent fasting. In the context of a goal. In the context of getting out of your mundane and banal comfort zone. In the context of setting down the ice cream—the paid-up Netflix can wait—getting your ass up out the Lazy-Boy, and doing something you love to hate.

I wrote a substantial introduction to the initial Report 1. Let’s just get to it, detailed report for days 3-6.

[All weights in kilograms. 1 kilo = 2.2 pounds.]

Overall

A girl I know noticed the arms and shoulders (the first thing they look at).

I intended to travel the world "homeless," but the Covidiocy Panicdemic squashed that. I became an American expat living in Thailand. I celebrate the audacity and hubris to live by your own exclusive authority and take your own chances. ... I leave the toilet seat up. Read More

Physical Culture: Gym, Diet, and Fasting

“Delve into how it all began, beginning with Art De Vany in 2007, and continued through many iterations and self-experiments with workout styles (even working personally with Martin Berkhan — Leangains), diet hacks, and all forms of fasting known to mankind…right up to how I eventually became a “gym junkie” at the ripe age of 62 as an American Expat in Pattaya, Thailand…achieving the best gains and fat blasting of my life.”
