I’ll tell you right now, this is not a “diet book,” per se. You’ll not find meal plans and recipes. How many of those do you need, anyway?There’s tons already as so many books are basically sorta copycats, especially the cookbooks, which is why I’ve largely stopped reviewing all but the ones I hand pick to review.
There’s a lot of stuff in here that really hasn’t been hit up before, which hopefully sets the standard for books to come. OK, very short post, I’ll have specific comments later, but know that I highly recommend it, as do the vast majority of Amazon Reviewers (86% 4 and 5-star reviews). Although, I love reading the 1-stars for a good laf, mostly the idea that laying out 11 bucks for the Kindle of 16 for the hardcover is really gonna set you back.
