Camping Breakfast

Even camping one can eat right. A lot better than the granolas, cerials and pancakes I see so many eating.

Camping breakfast

Since Covid killed my Cabo San Lucas vacation-rental business in 2021, this is my day job. I can't do it without you. Memberships are $10 monthly, $20 quarterly, or $65 annually. Two premium coffees per month. Every membership helps finance this work I do, and if you like what I do, please chip in. No grandiose pitches.

Awesome looking breakfast, much like the stuff on De Vany's previous pictures of breakfast. Bet it tasted amazing!

Hello Richard, I just found your page while reading something about saturated fats on Dr. Mercola’s website, and wow! awesome!!!!! there is a lot of great information on your site, thank’s for sharing, by the way that I like that picture…it looks healthy and delicious.

I have a quick question, what are your thoughts about food combining?.

    Regards.

      Hi Alex:

I know nothing really about food combining. I assume it’s some sort of method whereby certain macronutrients are combined with one-another or excluded for digestion and health reasons.

As I follow a pretty low carb, high fat diet, there’s little for me to combine or exclude. Many meals for me are virtually zero carb.
