    Charles man.

I’m busy on unrelated things and my MOM is on my ass and that’s serious (she’s worked for me for 20 years).

Just as a scan—I’ll look in detail late. The milk/kefir intervention—and I believe the kefir is critical—is the very first thing I’ve found where fat loss is truly almost effortless. Yea, I’m doing a kind of advanced, ball to wall version, otherwise I bore people, but what if someone just casually upped their total nutrition while going into even a modest caloric deficit for a year or two.

I think I know exactly what will happen.

    …And, welcome back, sir.

Based on a some things you wrote toward the end of the year, I was expecting an update on the results of the potato experimentation around the end of January. Did that not work out , or did it get put off or cancelled in favor of the milk & kefir stuff?

I never have cared for the taste of fermented/sour dairy (buttermilk, sour cream, yogurt, etc.). Am I just SOL for this hack?

Yea, I did the potato thing just long enough to verify it worked. But it just wasn’t for me. In fact, I have not eaten much potato since. :)

Milk & kefir is easy for me. There is flavored kefir, or you can flavor yourself with fruit or fruit juice. Also, I greatly enjoy 1/3 kefir to 2/3 milk. Not sour at all, just refreshing goodness.
