This is important enough to just put out there.
I’ve been aware of Max Borders for some years but just like a lot of things, don’t really spend much time or energy focussing on personalities. That said, this is a completely refreshing viewpoint. In particular, check out the part in this 6-min vid how the developing world is using smart phones to draw and agree to land title.
Fascinating. I have long hoped that the developing world would leapfrog the Soviet world, which we euphemistically call “civilized.”
