My Random Quick Takes #2

How about add the Stanley Milgram Experiment and Stockholm Syndrome to the list?

Really. Facebook “Fact Checked” that Babylon Bee satire bit. Fucktards.

It ought to be wholly unconstitutional in Western nations for the government to use taxpayer’s own money to enrich private media companies in order to propagandize politicized messages to those very citizens.

It’s fucking evil to the core. It’s pernicious and dirty.

I don’t know what to make of it, but Luc Montagnier is a super-highly respected virologist and Nobel Prize recipient for his co-work discovery of the HIV virus.

Here’s a text of his dire prediction, along with a short video clip. I did do enough rabbit holing to learn that antibody-dependent enhancement is a real thing. It actually happens naturally with dengue fever. The antibodies present for one serotype may act as a catalyst for a far more severe infection later with one of the other 3 serotypes. And, it happened as recently as 2017 when 160 kids in the Philippines died from ADE after receiving Dengvaxia.

Wilson’s Cafe, about 3 minutes from my place. Really good food, organic vibe. This is my standard, 2 poached eggs on their baked-daily rustic toast. I either get with bacon or sausage. $4 total.

Islander, another place 3 min away, just the other direction. Mark has built himself a nice place here. It’s clean, pleasant, and the staff are competent. He always has specials and of course, standard English Pub fare. I’m an American who loves a good Full English Breakfast but often find it’s more food than I care to eat. So I’m really a fan of his “Half English,” which is a nice banger, a lean back-bacon rasher, an egg, a hash brown patty, baked beans, and two slices of toast. I typically get an extra egg. Perfect. And, you’ll be nicked 150 baht less. Great value. You can go more often.
