Short Takes: Plandemic 3: The Great Awakening

— The Surprising Part 3 of a Covid Chronicle Turned Inward

Midjourney AI /imagine [prompt] everybody is eagerly planning for the next virus epidemic with unbridled enthusiasm

In a recent post I wrote, “…it’s time to wonder what it’s gonna be that sparks the great reconning and rest assured there will be one…”

“It’s no longer rational to talk about change from voting booths. Rather, it’s time to wonder what it’s gonna be that sparks the great reconning and rest assured there will be one; for, in all of human history, it’s a sweep for reality over political wishes and aspirations that run counter to it.”

It has been 30 years that I’ve been pretty successful at “predicting the future.” It’s on record for 20 years here, documented in my posts, many acknowledging comments, and testimony attributed to that art.

And it is an art, I think, more than anything else. But as with all good art, it’s connected to reality and not just willy-nilly imaginations. I could say skill, but it’s not that. There’s no checklist I employ. I truly go with my gut, in a manner of speaking; or, having an ear. A critical one with a predisposition or predilection.

Being an excellent lie detector is part of it, and that’s easier than you might think.

Do you know why?

I’ll tell you a secret that will make you a crack lie detector from one second to the next. In other words, you can become a lie detector by doing one simple thing right now, and you’ll never not be an excellent lie detector ever again. Can you imagine what sort of advantage that affords you in life?

You know the legal principle of presumed innocence, right? Get it straight, too. “Innocent until proven guilty” is not the principle. One is presumed innocent (of the specific crime). Nobody is generally innocent, and that reminds me that I need to draft a post about what I think the Christian doctrine of Original Sin is really trying to get at. I digress.

… Anyway, the presumption of innocence prevails until such time as a judgment is rendered, which is not a judgment of innocence. In other words, what doesn’t change is the presumption. You were presumed innocent, you are still presumed innocent should a judgment of not guilty be rendered and entered. Other systems of law are even better. They don’t declare a state of guilelessness (not guilty). Judgments proclaim only “not proved.” So then, there is technical consistency on both ends.

A layman undertaking to study the law a bit or a lot is a great thing to do. It will improve both your thinking and your writing. It will make you more precise and cause you to bristle at things…like when someone regurgitates “INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!!!”

… So, to detect lies, what you do is flip that around. That’s all.

Most people presume truthfulness.

I presume every affirmative statement or negative sentence I’m told is a lie…or at least has elements that are embellished one way or the other. A corollary is that to the extent someone is telling you something affirmatively (positively true) or negatively (denial of something) in order to get something from you (money, support, work, risk, investment, etc.), the greater the chances of outright lie or lie in large part.

Lies in significant part are the most common. People often include elements of obvious or easy-to-verify truth to lend credibility that the whole is truthful. It’s an element of deceit, and everyone is deceitful to degrees…mostly benign for normal people. Lots of things are white-deceit and white lies we don;’t even think about and are ingrained in social culture.

Women’s makeup, as opposed to simply being well-kempt, is a prime example.

Decorous and monumental churches and state houses are deceitful. Courtroom benches and judges in black robes are deceitful. Doctors in white coats are deceitful.

Ironically, military and police uniforms are anti-deceitful. It’s honest disclosure and warning.

Also, the more people have to lose, in general, the bigger the liar. The more prideful, the bigger the liar. These are all corollaries and of no surprise to any of you, I’m sure.

The core thing is a 180-degree shift in your presumption.

Try it. See what I mean. Careful, though. It’ll make you a cynical misanthropist…and there I am, back to the doctrine of Original Sin…

A far wider integraton of the foregoing as this: I simply have disciplined myself really hard to see things as they really are, not what people want you to see and believe.

It’s as simple as that.

So, now, take all of that I just told, and have that as your thought template if you can, and watch this video documentary:

Plandemic 3: The Great Awakening (Full Movie – FREE).

I was impressed with Mikki Willis’ first two rounds. He’s truly a filmmaker, and a really good experience is important to him. Clearly.

Just give your email address and either stream it free in your browser or download it, which is what I did, as it’s then easy to watch without browser auto-reloads and all the other shit browsers are prone to do…like decide to eat all your RAM and slow your whole machine down.

You remember who G. Edward Griffin is? You’ll recognize the great narrating voice. The whole documentary is a swath through the history of communism from a Griffin production in the 60s and 70s.

Brilliant.

Here’s the IMBb Page.

Here’s a comprehensive review I found that pretty much nails everything.

It’s worth watching twice. Another reason to download it. In fact, it’s 21.00 here, and I’m torn between watching it or checking out the new Black Mirror season on Netflix.

Don’t forget. Watch it with your new presumption of lie instead of truth. It’ll be an excellent exercise, and I’m not going to tell you why.

Later.
