When evil meets stupid.
… For many years, I’ve jested—perhaps with a bit of tongue-in-cheek—that the Democratic Party is the evil party. They’ll do anything for power because darkness and malice are embedded in their core. Winning is all that matters to them. Meanwhile, conservatives, Republicans, and the religious crowd have their hearts in the right place but are just plain stupid. They bring knives to gunfights—metaphorically speaking—turning the other cheek, and losing time and time again.
But here’s the kicker: when someone delves deep enough into malevolence, they become stupid too. That’s what we’re witnessing now.
I’m not religious, at least not in a literal sense. I appreciate religion for its role in forming civilization at our current stage of evolution. People need something to believe in, something to nurture their spirits and provide solace. I’m not going to criticize that too much; it’s good for them. At least they have a framework for raising children with some semblance of moral direction.
Yet, this overwhelming dedication to their cause makes them easy prey for the calculating and malicious. The evil side keeps doubling down until they too become stupid—stupider than the so-called “stupid” party. So, let’s unpack that.
When you consistently turn the other cheek, you invite exploitation. When you take a knife to a gunfight, you’re bound to lose. But when your opponent overplays their hand, driven by their own malevolent hubris, they start making mistakes—colossal, stupid mistakes. That’s where we are now.
(It’s early, but I have seen enough hyper-credible eyewitness testimony that people in the damn crowd saw the gunman crawling up the roof and were shouting it out. Draw your own suspicions and conclusions…and where the buck stops… Hollywood is now right in your living room. Enjoy the ride. Note, also, that the gunman was killed. Dead men tell no tales…)

Serendipitously, that popped up on my radar a few days ago, here’s what I wrote on X:
This exemplifies why women, generally, are not up to and have never been up to the task of civilization making.
The basic reason is that bad men are the most dangerous and destructive creatures on earth…so much so that there is only one force that can deal with them: good men.
How do you get good men? Good mothers and fathers.
When women get disconnected from the essential role of bearing and making good men, it’s they themselves who become the destructive force…from the inside, like a cancer. And it effects mediocre men who might otherwise have been good, turning them into little bitches.
I adore women so much. I chase them. It’s my current lifestyle. I’m among the 1% of guys on earth who understand chicks fundamentally. I see how gloriously feminine they can be, and how naughty they can be with the right man. You think men have “dirty minds…?” I see dirty minds up close and daily and am a veritable master at bringing out the very “dirtiest” of deep thoughts.
Containment is necessary.

America is the laughingstock of the entire world, and not just the 1st world. The 3rd and all the rest of it.

I’m content that I left it permanently nearly 5 years ago. It could never be made “great” enough for me to ever return, but I wish all y’all well. Give it a shot.

The meltdown of the Biden administration—even ignoring the fact that he’s a demented lune—is what’s gonna happen when you put selfie-whore chicks in charge of important matters. Sure, there could be exceptions. But you know what? Those exceptions are too busy bearing and raising good boys and girls because it’s their fucking job!
Good signs? Yes. Among others…
This is a mere prelude to the indiscriminate bloodshed I talked about in 2000-fucking-Fifteen (2015) if tides do not swiftly turn and pendulums do not swing back.

There is something profoundly clarifying when the system reaches its limit and any ambiguity about its purpose falls away. Yesterday was one such moment. The pandemic was another. I see people trying to justify the system’s behaviour as moral and benevolent, and I know they are completely deluded and cannot be saved from themselves. So be it, this is the world we live in; all I can do is look after my own as best I can.
Perhaps it’s the inevitable conclusion of a secular society devoid of any cultural anchors, driven by an ever-accelerating cycle of production and consumption without any higher sense of purpose. As Aurelien wrote recently, it’s exhausting.
