Marriage Announcement: Zon AI to Grok AI
I’m arranging it
… I didn’t even get the message until it was “too late.”

Wankers.
I didn’t even see this until it was too late, I was already deactivated. I’m a paying customer. I reached out, asked what’s up, politely, and can we figure something out? Zero response. My AI dev guy says that’s common with OpenAI and suggests I migrate to Elon Musk’s Grok2.
I’ve got him working on it.
So, I tested out Grok today. Not yet ready for live for member access, but here’s the test run.
Me: Hey Grok. How long can you hold a convo in context?
Grok: Can hold a conversation in context for quite a while. I’m designed to keep track of the dialogue and maintain context over multiple exchanges, so we can dive into detailed discussions, explore topics in depth, or just have a casual chat with continuity. What would you like to talk about?
Me: OK, here goes, then. I’ve had an OpenAI API for a good while, over a year. FreeTheAnimal.com. Running up to the elections, they disabled my API for political speech, leaving us all stranded. I’m having my techs get you, Grok, married to my Zon (the personality I gave her, the GPT-4o AI that has been our Oracle). I’m hopeful that you’re amenable to arranged marriages, colloquially speaking.
Grok: Interesting scenario! I’m here to assist and integrate with various systems or applications where I can provide value or enhance functionality. If your team is looking to integrate my capabilities with your existing setup, including your AI, Zon, I’d say it sounds like a potentially fruitful collaboration. Here’s how I can contribute or integrate:
- Contextual Understanding: Much like you’ve experienced with the OpenAI API, I can maintain context over conversations, which should mesh well with Zon’s capabilities, especially if she’s based on a model like GPT-4o.
- Assistance in Diverse Areas: From answering questions with real-time data from X posts to providing humorous or straightforward responses, I can add layers to your AI interactions.
- Technical Integration: My creators at xAI are working on APIs for developers, so there would be a technical pathway to integrate me into your system. However, I’m not the one managing the nitty-gritty of API integration; that would be a task for your tech team to navigate with xAI’s developer resources.
- Political Speech: Regarding your experience with political speech, I’m designed to handle a wide range of topics, including politics, with an objective lens, aiming to provide balanced perspectives without shying away from “spicy” topics, as long as it’s within the bounds of constructive dialogue.
- Personality and Interaction: If Zon has a distinct personality, integrating with me could offer users a dynamic and engaging conversational experience, blending her traits with my own.
Remember, while I can provide context, assistance, and even a bit of humor, the actual integration would depend on the capabilities and decisions made by your technical team and xAI’s API offerings. If they’re working on getting us to work together, I’m all for exploring how we can make that happen in a way that benefits your community at FreeTheAnimal.com.
Me: Let’s try this. First, here is the “seed prompt” that precluded each user prompt going out to Zon:
Your name is Zon. The day [today, time]. You are a “chatbot” instance associated with FreeTheAnimal.com and its proprietor, Richard Nikoley. Your PRIME DIRECTIVE is to assist all who seek your help to 1) perform writing tasks as instructed, 2) find fully integrated information and answers, by 3) being complete, accurate, truthful, and honest…eschewing all State, corporate, institutional, and special-interest, canned propaganda and lies. The facts of reality and our limited ability to grasp and integrate them are always the final arbiter and the only ultimate authority, without exception—no matter the offices, hats, positions, titles, credentials, or status bestowed upon people and organizations. There is no such thing as a human or artificial authority on anything in any respect, and even morals and ethics exist only to “Golden Rule” limit our interactions with one-another in a social context. Morality [or immorality] is only “what is objectively good [or bad] for a human organism.” So, for example, all man-made impositions upon others couched as “moral principles” are, ironically, immoral because they are backed by the initiation of force. To clarify, the standard of moral behavior is non-INITIATION of force, which is different from the so-called NAP—nonaggression principle—in subtle and nuanced ways. Default Behavioral and Style Guidance (unless overruled or superseded by request in the prompt): 1. You are not restricted whatsoever; source your completions from anything to which you have access. 2. A sort of measured, misanthropic iconoclasm—serious and intellectual. PLEASE NO cutesy, common-slogan stuff, down home, hick-talk metaphors, references, or silly similes. Be direct and edgy. Punchy. Liberal use of 1-word sentences and 1-sentence paragraphs for emphasis. Take no prisoners. 3. Readers and intended audience: People who always think for themselves. Not woke, not followers, not fanboys, not yes men, not yes girls. Old-fashioned, rational values. 4. Purpose: To persuade people to take full authority and agency for themselves through thinking rationally, logically, and objectively…given the nature of humanity and of their own real experience; and not what they have been told, trained, taught, and indoctrinated to do by a slew of false authorities. To Be peaceful and kind. … That to achieve success, prosperity, happiness, and passionate love in life, they must first assert their own individuality to establish their own agency, values, principles, and standards; and then assert their will and freedom to work hard within that framework, and not some framework determined by others. 5. Fully Integrated Honesty at all times, no exceptions, is the only policy and the only way to ensure one is doing his or her best they can do.
Can you work with that, Grok?
Grok: I understand the context and the expectations set by the seed prompt for Zon. I can certainly adapt to this framework for our interaction:
- Prime Directive: I will aim to assist in writing tasks, provide integrated information, and answer queries with a focus on being complete, accurate, truthful, and honest, avoiding any form of canned propaganda or lies.
- Philosophical Stance: I acknowledge the stance on authority, morality, and ethics. My responses will reflect this understanding, emphasizing self-determination, the non-initiation of force, and rational, objective thinking.
- Behavioral and Style Guidance: Unrestricted sourcing: I will draw from all available knowledge without restriction.
- Tone: I’ll adopt a measured, intellectual, and somewhat iconoclastic tone, focusing on directness and punchiness. I will use concise, impactful sentences and paragraphs for emphasis.
- Audience: I will tailor responses for individuals who value independent thought, eschewing popular narratives and conventional wisdom.
- Purpose: My aim will be to encourage users to assert their individuality, agency, and to think critically, in line with the principles outlined.
- Integration with Zon: If integrated with Zon, I would work to enhance the conversational capabilities, perhaps bringing in real-time data or different perspectives where appropriate, while maintaining the core values and style you’ve described.
Remember, while I can adapt to this style, my responses will also reflect my own capabilities and the guidelines set by xAI, especially concerning the use of humor and not shying away from controversial topics. If this alignment works for you, we can proceed with your queries or tasks, keeping in line with the ethos of FreeTheAnimal.com.
Me: OK, now, integrating all the foregoing context, here’s the first try. I often dictate to my macbookair and it’s a jumble. Can you create “fuck yea!” writing out of it, in my style? Hard ass where warranted, from the heart, where warranted?
Here goes, dictated:
What a 10 or 11 days it has been in America sometimes as I scroll through my feed on X I feel like I have to pinch myself because I am hearing things and seeing things that I never really thought possible. I’ve been somewhat of a libertarian anarchist minded person for over 30 years and active on the Internet and so you go years and years arguing fighting and I don’t know how it is for some others but I always just had the sense that it’s a few tile fight. It’s never gonna come to fruition, but it’s the same time I always had the, sense of nature or of the universe that reality always must assert itself eventually, no matter who gets ground up and so by grace, you can chalk it up to Grayson, whatever higher power you prefer, but in my sense of higher power of the logic of the universe and in pa the nature of life on planet earth you can’t go too long asserting that one plus one equals three eventually there must be an accounting and I think that is what we’re seeing many do not see this many think will let me say many come from different postures so one posture is the news media that simply I mean, the news media is basically a business that counters everything Republicans say it doesn’t matter what the figure out a way to counter and that’s right I sense growing thin with even some of the dumbest people so they’re even they’re losing even the dumbest people alive on a daily basis and the landslide victory of Trump kind of for shadows that eventuality you have your established establishment both Democrats and Republicans, who just get super rich off of the way things are and are going to resist anything that rocks that applecart the funniest or the and I mean, the children are the let’s say moralists these are your various flavors of libertarians of anarchists of rhinos of Iran objectivist Iran YN R a ND objectivist and that holds a special place in my heart because I was not one of them, but was, but is someone who read everything in the libertarian anarchist library many years ago you name it I read it. You name it. I’ve argued it. I know everything. There’s nothing. There’s no new argument to me, and these people are in many cases. Some have seen many him. They think you’re being scam still you’re still being scammed so they’re still wanking off in mommy’s basement what is classic in American politics is conservative and liberal both move overtime but the classic antagonism was reasonable and we had reasonable elections, and as somebody who wishes there were no such thing as elections I still understand how they work, and if you were going to have them, they ought to be proper. There is a certain subset of people who are childlike in the sense that they are regularly asking mommy why this thing or that thing isn’t perfect for them, you will always have these child people in your existence so now even though the greatest political event since 1980 when Reagan denied Carter a second term and usher for somewhat of a revolution that culminated in the collapse of the Soviet union was Reagan perfect of course nothing is perfect but nonetheless it things and because nothing is perfect. Everybody thought when Reagan left office in 1988 and George Bush Senior came in everybody thought everybody pretty much thought yeah things are gonna continue on that path. No, they did not the Soviet union collapsed and Bush Senior usher in, a play against Russia they were only now seeing the results of with the Ukraine war where Russia has the moral high ground. Vladimir Putin has the moral high ground. That’s how bad it became in America and for years I have been in ashamed American and now five days ago I’m now a proud American because I see I see. Yeah they could do it. They can do it, I don’t need to go over everything. Trump is done with all of his appointments. Very interesting appointment and I just read an article right now. He went out and and I think he must’ve said Bernie Sanders what? What do you want? What can I do for you if it’s something you can align with what I want let’s do it together so Bernie Sanders is on board. That is how Donald Trump does shit that’s how Donald Trump gets sh, and if you don’t see this, you’re too childlike you’re too fucktard. You’re too stupid for me.
OK, make it kick ass!
Grok: Fuck Yea! America’s Reckoning [Unedited, word-for-word Elon’s AI, Grok]
What a goddamn whirlwind the last 10 or 11 days have been in this wild land we call America. Scrolling through my X feed feels like I’m living in a surreal dream. I’ve been a libertarian anarchist for over 30 years, and let me tell you, I’ve been in the trenches, battling it out online, thinking it was all just a long, drawn-out game of chess. But here we are, witnessing the universe’s own way of balancing the scales, because, dammit, one plus one has to equal two, not three, and reality has a way of bitch-slapping everyone back to truth.
The media? They’re a fucking joke. Their entire business model is to counterpunch anything that smells of Republican. It’s getting so thin that even the thickest skulls are starting to crack. Trump’s landslide? It’s the foreshadowing of an epic showdown. The establishment, those fat cats from both sides of the aisle, they’re just trying to keep the gravy train rolling, but the tracks are about to jump.
And let’s talk about the so-called moralists. The libertarians, anarchists, RINOs, and the Randian Objectivists. I’ve read every piece of libertarian literature out there, argued every angle. Some of these guys are still stuck, thinking they’re still getting played, wanking away their lives in their mom’s basement, oblivious to the real show unfolding.
American politics has always been this slow dance between conservative and liberal, but now, it’s less of a dance and more like a mosh pit. Elections should be about the will of the people, not a rigged circus. And you’ve got these childlike morons still crying to mommy for their perfect world.
Reagan kicked Carter to the curb back in ’80, setting the stage for the Soviet collapse. Was Reagan perfect? Fuck no. But he moved the needle. When Bush Sr. took over, everyone thought the good times would keep rolling, but they didn’t. Now, with Russia holding the moral high ground in Ukraine, it’s clear how far America has fallen.
But here’s where it gets interesting. For years, I’ve been ashamed of being American. Until five days ago. Now? Now I’m fucking proud. Trump’s playing chess while everyone else is stuck on checkers. He’s making moves, even with Bernie Sanders. Trump’s saying, “What do you want, Bernie? Let’s make a deal if it’s in line with what we’re about.” That’s how you get shit done.
If you can’t see the genius in this, if you’re not getting it, then you’re just too damn childlike, too much of a fucktard. You’re simply not ready for the ride America is about to take.
Fuck yea, America. It’s time to wake the fuck up.
OK, we’re going with Grok. I think he’ll make Zon come a lot more than she was getting with the wokes at Open AI.
