What’s Important and What’s Not

Okay, so many people waste their lives sweating the small stuff. They’re always nitpicking on this thing and that thing and the other thing. I’m not like that. I keep things real for myself by thinking only of very big things—like big things that affect the whole world. And since I’m American, it is often the case that things America does really have a big effect anywhere in the world. Other places can do their things, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s very important.

Let me give you a little bit of my thinking on this, because people are always emailing me or messaging me about, “Oh, did you see this? Did you see that? Did you see what this person or that person did?” And a lot of them are about people within the Trump administration, and they think they’re good or bad or whatever. I say, look, let me boil it down and make it very simple for you if you wish to understand how I think and how I evaluate things. I go with big events—things that are geopolitical or involve geopolitics. That’s where the whole world kind of comes together. Geopolitics goes back forever, but another way to put it is megatrends: what’s happening that is really going to change the way people behave.

So let me give you—I’m not gonna go back forever, but I’ll lay out what has happened from my perspective alone since the last, say, 20 years. The number one biggest thing ever—it overshadows everything still to this day—was the election of Black Jesus in 2008. That was the most stupid, worst, most destructive bullshit, anti-cultural, anti-American thing that has ever happened in the history of America. Yeah, the N-word guy—I’m not gonna use the word, but you know what I mean. The worst, most obstructive force in America in its entire history. And everything since 2008 is correcting that big mistake. This is how I think about things.

So what’s one of the first things since then? Brexit in 2016, closely followed by Trump in 2016—Trump 1.0. That was kind of a pushback from that election in 2008. But then there was all the impeachment shit and all of that bullshit. Then you had 2020: the fraud that was COVID, the fraud that was the vaccines, and the fraud that was the election of 2020? Which was a doubling-down attempt that miserably failed. And now we have 2024, with who can only be described adequately as King Trump—Trump, king of the world. That is the redemption, the recompense—all these different words to describe what is going on now. So yeah, and then you have all these people who are still like, “Oh, this, this, this…” Kings are never perfect, but I think we have a good king.
