Police Daddy

Just got another one from my brother down in Houston. This time, it’s a special-education student. Twelve years old. There seems to be some dispute as to whether she wet her pants at school on purpose, or because she was afraid of the principal.

Naturally, in such a circumstance, you do the only thing you can do. You call the police, who then charge her with disorderly conduct.

I’m so fucking proud to be an American.

There had to be actions that could be taken by the school short of getting the police involved. I'm sure that calmed things down with this special ed student!

What struck me about this when I read it yesterday was… how long until we get copycat wetters… but, then, I realized that even if kids are sick enough to copy this behavior, we'll never hear about it because most schools will deal with it without involving the cops.

Oops!!! Yes, the only thing to do indeed!!!

Strange new world don't you think?? Where are we going next ??? This is so sad for the future of our freedom and liberties, it is more than time for people to realize that they can do something, they do have the power.

    Hum!!! Scary isn't it???

That has to be the most ridiculous thing I have heard this year.

Although I am Australian, I have personal experience of such happenings in American schools.

My fiancee is American, and a few years ago her daughter was arrested after the principal called the police. The "crime" would not even have warranted a detention in an Australian school.

My anger over what happened has not subsided, and I would dearly love to have a word in the Principals ear – the one I haven't nailed to the floor.

    All the best,
    Mike

My God, Lopez, you have a point. Considering that, I think the principal could have been a little bit more concerned for the safety and welfare of all the other teachers and students and demanded that the police send out SWAT.

Don't forget the EPA and the hazmat suits, evacuation of the school, and the lawsuits over the disease cluster sure to follow.

Unreal, not only the school but the subsequent charges…stupidity on both fronts.

Easy for you to sit back and nitpick that principal, Nikoley. You weren't the one facing down a 12-year old retarded girl who may have just intentionally wet her pants…

This really is insane. It shows the "sign of the times" and I hate that it has become such an issue these days. I do realize schools have problems with their limits of disclipline but this one's just sad.
