Ha! Billy comes up with a damn fine analogy to illustrate the nature of the political wrangling that transpires whenever someone proposes a new tax or a tax increase.


Proposed victims frantically nominate others at the edge of the herd.

I won’t soon forget it. And I’ll probably be compelled to remember it from here on, each time I watch one of those nature shows with predictors stalking herds of whatever.

A quick thought: wouldn’t it be nice?

    I was about to point you at that very video when I read the quote.

    Too bad most (?) don't have the integrity (common damn sense) to do what the buffalo do (did).
