Roughing It

Here's a photo my brother shot Sunday night, just a bit after we arrived and set up. Then we got to cooking, and as you can see I have my favorite cooking oil on hand: coconut. If you've never used it — and I hadn't until a couple months ago — you may really be missing out.

Since Covid killed my Cabo San Lucas vacation-rental business in 2021, this is my day job. I can't do it without you. Memberships are $10 monthly, $20 quarterly, or $65 annually.     It was a throw-together of Bul-Go-Ki beef and three uncured all-beef franks from Trader Joes.

    What kind of meat was that you had with the stir fry?and i take a tablespoon full of coconut oil every day and let it melt in my mouth.
