Paleo Trumps Faux Mediterranean
I'm so far behind in blogging about some of the astounding stuff Stephan has uncovered over the last few months that I better not get any further behind and just run this one up the flagpole instanter. What we think it is and it's reported to be; it aint. I'll add this. Even as fat as I was, when Bea and I did our whirlwind three-week Europe tour a couple of years back (France, Spain, Italy), I took off 2-3 pounds in spite of the fact that we ate good and lots.
