Did the ADAs, the FDA, the Department of Agriculture and their major funders and lobbyists in the grain and pharmaceutical industries tie you to the Whipping Post in 2009 and beyond, going back forever?

    I guess you could say, I am “ingrained” with the idea of never returning to the aforementioned, grains. Therefore, I will never be tied to a “whipping post.”

    While Rush is a great band, my paleo-pal, nary a week goes by where I don’t listen to the Allman Brothers Band… along with the Yes album and Fragile, by Yes.
