I started writing Free The Animal in late 2003 as just a little thing to try. 20 years later, turns out I've written over 5,000 posts. I blog what I wish...from diet, health, lifestyle...to philosophy, politics, social antagonism, adventure travel, expat living, location and time independent—while you sleep— income by geoarbitrage, and food pics. I intended to travel the world "homeless," but the Covidiocy Panicdemic squashed that. I became an American expat living in Thailand. I celebrate the audacity and hubris to live by your own exclusive authority and take your own chances. ... I leave the toilet seat up. Read More

Richard, Martin Berkhan’s latest client updates look great. Why can’t you just get shredded like them dude? I think Elixa, blog hits and book sales would do really well for you if you got shredded. Do it man. You know you want to. Your wife will thank you for it too.

Hope the Canadian shipping issues are cleared up soon; I was all set to order a couple units of Elixa.

      Hi Mycroft,
Working on it! Sorry for the inconvenience. I share the frustration. There are a great many Canadians interested in this topic and eager to get Elixa. Our Canadian demand was (per capita) one of the highest and growing fast, right before I stopped shipping there. I’ve elaborated in a comment on the V3 article.
      Kind Regards,
      Karl (Elixa)

Big thank you, Richard, for posting this up 🙂

This series is already planned out for at least 30+ episodes and will be an ongoing thing, since there is only going to be more and more news and points of discussion arising in the microbiotic field.

The next 3-4 are already planned out to the tee. I am currently in Uganda due to a medical situation in Kampalathat is occupying a large amount of my time. So my return to UK is slightly delayed. Once I am back, these episodes will be coming out thick and fast. At least once per week. Can’t wait to get to the in-depth stuff.

    Thanks again!

    Hi Karl

Good introduction argument for the need to adjust/help the beneficial bacteria in your episode.

From my research, each of your sachets does contain the most units of bacteria.

Is there a reason for the 7 strains of bacteria you picked?

Lactobacillus gasseri have several studies showing a good reduction of body fat. One of them demonstrated belly fat was reduced by 8.5% over 12 weeks of supplementation.

      Hi Leo,
Thank you for the feedback. I thought it best to start with the underlying argument as to why gut health may be a problem affecting so many – in order to fuel the motivation to learn about the topic in the first place 🙂

The reason for the strain selection in V3 is best explained in this article:
      https://freetheanimal.com/2016/12/probiotic-version-available.html

Future versions will see re-additions and removals of species, as my thoughts and production processes vary.

      Kind Regards,
      Karl (Elixa)
