How Were Children Educated Before 1980?

Can’t comment on FB ’cause I’m banned for a fifth time, but this came from Michael Miles.

Bet you would be hard pressed to find a libtard, leftard, or general fuckktard who could astutely and immediately answer that…how we could possibly have been educated?

The Department of Education was formed only by President Carter near the end of his term, in 1979; and Reagan sucked up to it rather than simply, in the quotidian context—rather Trumpishly—abort it as a fetus.

The budget of this entity—that was useless in getting us to 1970 but is apparently essential in getting us over that hump—is now on the order of $70 Billion per year.

That’s SEVENTY REAL DOLLARS!

There ought—fucking of course not, moron—be no such thing as a Federal department of “education.”

It’s actually unconstitutional in the first order.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…

In America, “education” is and always has been, generally, an exercise of religion no matter who’s doing the indoctrinating, historical revision, or cuddly stories. What a Federal Department does is seek to normalize, standardize, and collectivize it—rather than have it be so anarchistically religious; that is, by one’s own anarchic God; which is to say: by one’s own higher authority should the shit hit the fan.

This is all very simple and elementary for the 1%; clarifying: real brains required. …You simply can’t be a Usual Fucktard and grasp this.

…It amazes me every day how much I live amongst completely stupid, completely ignorant, and completely care-less people who are simply too ignorant, stupid, and care-less to even bother.

I often hate everybody way more than is healthy for a human.

Thankfully, I’m an outlier. As such, it’s a life’s endeavor in both dealing with it, exposing it, and explaining it to those who never saw fit to be curious beyond masturbation.

What you say applies to the Left pushing religion out of the public square….which really only happened 60 years ago. The entire point of it was not to separate “church” and State, but to integrate Secular Church and State….without the interference of religious claims or statements that people could evaluate on their own for ‘truth value”. No the Left could not stand for a proper competition between ideas, religious or atheist……when it competed with their dear secularistic religion with all its isms….. you know the drill. Then the Department of Education could get on with their true mission and that of the radical Left……indoctrination of children in the dogmas of the True Religion and screw the parents. How else could parent conceive of some of the shit taught in school, or even the idea that the Government should be the arbiter of the lunch menu , sex education, as well as social, economic, environmental and other “justices”…..as it deems them. When the educators (with helpf from Teachers Unions and D of Ed) barricaded their plan behind the curtain of free speech, tenure, curriculum control…..it was over.

Now that I have written this and reread RIchards post……he said it better than I have. REligion in the public square is fundamentally competitive and slightly anarchic. Maybe the Muslims deserve a place in that instead of reflexively aligning with the Left?

I would feel way more lonely in this world without the internet and people like you!

Holy shit, I actually had to Google that to make sure you were telling the truth. So this country invented the atomic bomb, put a man on the moon, and damn near beat the Soviets… and THEN we needed a Department of Education? Fuck me, the whole world has gone crazy.

You’re not alone, Richard. But there’s not many of us, for sure.
