The Left Is Endearing Themselves To The Public By The Minute

Where in the fuck is PZO?

screen-shot-2017-02-03-at-10-44-31-am

298 Comments over years…his last being around October of last year. He always—huk huk huk—jovially hucked at what a leftie he was. I always took him as a fucktard moron on anything political, because he’s a leftie and there really are no exceptions on planet Earth. All are fucktards.

If you read this blog and you’re a leftie, it’s not that you may be a fucktard, you are a fucktard. Get well. Get right in your stupid noggin.

Woman NYU Professor Has Meltdown, Asks Cops to Beat Up Vice’s Gavin McInnes

One NYU professor outside the talk had a complete meltdown, asking why the cops did not kick McInnes’ ass as they escorted him out of the campus. She also questioned why the police where not protecting the students from the “Nazi.”

If Goole (YouTube) is trying to have you not see the relevant, it begins at 10:16. I’ve embedded it as such, but never any guarantee.

Well, as of yet, not identified, so there’s that.

The professor, who has yet to be identified, was making the point through copious profanity that it’s the students job to learn about human rights and be peaceful but the cop’s job to beat up people with problematic ideas. Let’s just hope she doesn’t teach law.

I doubt what she teaches, if she does, is in any way a meaningful distinction. More prescient is that parents pay to send their kids to NYU and lots of kids encumber themselves with mountains of student debt, where almost anything outside of surgery you want to know, is freely available on the Internet.

…Of course, many just go for the social…

My writings about the left, all the left, and everything about the left are being vindicated by the minute.

I do wish you well, PZO, and to be fair, you contributed great value over years on the diet and health level. I fee a bit bad about using you as an object lesson, but not too bad. Hope you get well.

…Now, one final thing. Notice how she blithely tosses around the word Nazi, as though she knows the first thing about it (how I told you this is the way of operation, yesterday). Regie Hamm knows a shit ton more (my dad is also a German immigrant), and with a very sane, liberal—not leftist—perspective. This was my favorite read of the morning.

God bless Gavin….he is one of the funniest guys on earth.

Perhaps you don’t remember the lashing he took from the media and the Left about the video he made “how to wrestle a baby”. It was hilarious.

In the meantime I just continue looking into ketogenic diets and reading various papers, honing my skills at deciphering the “details”.

Again, I recommend that you read the recent article in Circulation about “skipping breakfast”. It’s more eye opening than I thought, but not about so called “skipping breakfast”. It’s essentially damnation, although unintended, of the last 40 years of government supported nutrition advice….and to my surprise an unintended huzza for intermittent fasting.

Dude, I’ve been largely skipping breakfast for decades, since living with the French, who basically have butter or honey or jam on a toast or two, with cafe au lait. Zero French people eat anything like an American, British, or Australian breakfast. I love them all (especially the beans and tomatoes), but I limit myself to a now and then on random Saturdays.

Most days I just skip it altogether and start looking to eat sometimes between 10 and 11.

I don’t recall PZO, though I’ve followed your blog for quite a few years. If you need a token leftie for raining down your ad hominems, I’d be glad to take the role. I’m good at dismissing and ignoring. I follow your blog, waiting for the interesting diet and lifestyle posts, largely ignoring the brain stem vitriol that takes over from time to time, like recent days.

On a topic that is actually interesting, I’ve actually been one who skips lunch, after having a substantial, largely hash brown based breakfast each day that adds up to about 700 calories. Seems to work.

      Idiot.

      Typical leftie.

One skips breakfast, not lunch. Even the hopelessly left French understand that.

      ;)

Ouch. Skipping lunch works for me. I’m deeply wounded. I bow before your expertise. No please, go on with your vitriol.

      Good sport.

Well…you know the “advice” for decades was to eat a full breakfast or you can’t function, most important meal of the day, reason why black and brown kids cannot perform in school….blah blah. Gotta stuff their faces at taxpayer expense…and God forbid the parents should make food for lunch either.

So in Circulation they tried to “blame” everything on “skipping breakfast”. It truly is correlated with stroke, HTN, CVD etc. However, it takes two minutes to see that breakfast skippers as they define it as Joe Q Public, are engaged in the most unhealthy eating and other lifestyle habits on the planet. Most of them eat more than 5 times a day…just not breakfast. the quality and total energy intake of those diets is breathtaking. Eating “occasions” occurred in up to 10x/day in the top decile.

they also report tht “feeding and fasting entrain clock genes, which regulate ALL aspects of metabolism…..circadian rhythms are controlled by a central clock but also by clocks in peripheral organs, which are responsive to food supply and temporal restriction of food can reset clock gene rhythms. Time restricted feeding (in mice) alters robustness and coherence rhthmic gene transcripts”
“Since polymorphisms in the CLOCK genes are implicated in lipid metabolism and the development of metabolic syndrome, T2D, and HTN, we suspect time of eating and nutrient delivery have marked implications for cardiometabolic health by alteration in peripheral clocks”….. F’ing EXACTLY

So they go on to look at clinical studies and review the data of a fairly large number of studies with calorie restriction and/or intermittment fasting and evaluate all the biomarkers including changes in fasting insulin.

So it’s not about skipping breakfast per se……which is neither here nor there except it extends the fasting interval in many people, even if eating dinner late. that part is about our culture and habit….whereby we can take or leave breakfast , then if hungry, on impulse can stuff ourselves with shit all the rest of the day at any of a zillion places….and of course, avoid the hassle of preparing real food.

BTW people who eat three hots/day…..do not see weight changes in general and never see changes in insulin People who fast one day a week can see quite substantial changes in their biomarkers.

Eating “healthY” as is commonly advised could actually be detrimental……is my takeaway message.

    Richard,

I am thrilled, for selfish reasons, you are not posting on FB — I cannot bear to look at that rag!

You, Scott Adams, and James Woods’ tweet are the only place I can look without becoming over-the-top horrified at the sheer stupidity of people.

I don’t have words to describe the utter disdain I have for the left–WTF– this is a professor?–she gets a salary? –this is non-hate? Is there a term/word for beyond hypocrisy besides TOTALLY F****D Up? And TOTAL B******T.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH RICHARD!

    Jane

    • Richard Nikoley on February 4, 2017 at 08:25

Well you’re going to like what’s coming, Jane.

More of this exact same. Rather than post my blurb via FB, I’ll be posting all of them here, share the post to FB, having people click away.

      Lemons to lemonade.

    • Jane on February 4, 2017 at 17:37

Great way to go! You will have a might fine archive of the left blowing themselves up . . .

I’m not sure how to properly phrase the question, but when did people lose their ability to think? Have we always had so many idiots in the world or is this a state that has progressively worsened? What the fuck happened? Ineptitude, laziness, not enough natural selection to weed out the retards…I don’t know.

I don’t know how someone can spew this horseshit and think what they just said makes any sense at all. But I guess that’s all part of the left’s narrative. Other than the obvious contradiction she makes that these kids were taught to be peaceful, but at the same time calling for violence, is the fact that she wants someone else to do her bidding. The police should be the ones doing what she and these kiddos want, not them. She or the students won’t kick these “neo-nazis” asses, that wouldn’t be peaceful, but, please, by all means you cops should be doing it. If you yourself will not do an action, how the fuck can you in good conscience try to force another to do it? And I’m willing to bet this tard probably also protested police brutality or minimally cried that the police were out of hand in recent years, yet now she wants them to get brutal for her sake. It is all rather humorous and sad at the same time.

      Dude, see my Sunday post.

I join you in bewildered head shaking. Don’t get a repetitive stress injury….

    • Todd on February 7, 2017 at 10:34

Oh, I read it. Liked it all, too. I’m also glad you’re back to posting regularly here as of late. FTA has always been a nice place for a sane dose of putting things in their proper perspective.
