    Hi Richard,

    I was one of your readers from around 2008 when I went low carb, where I learned a lot. I left when your language got a bit too naughty for me. I would, however, check in now and again to see what was up. With the political environment the way it is today my innate conservative soul has been pushed over the top, so I will be popping in more often for some sane, and colorful, analysis.
