In a previous video, I told the story about how she got me good, not knowing at the time that was just the beginning. I caught her in a lie and she lied again to cover it up, and when I called her on that one, she stopped cooperating, I gave a deadline to come clean, she shit-tested that deadline so I put an end to it, as one should.

In a later development, she has been sending sexy selfies and a few texts and stickers every day. One can’t predict the future and everyone is pretty notorious for allowing maybe after proclaiming NEVER!

Geoarbitrage: Lowering My Rent By 70% In Phuket, Thailand

The Townhome I’ve been renting for 9 months began to weigh on me. At 2 stories, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, high-ceilings, 2 patios, etc., it was just too big for me.

So I found a very nice large studio with a close-off kitchen and cut my rent by 70%

This is how it’s done.

I searched all the gyms in Rawai, looked at their websites, their prices for single-day sessions to monthly. The fanciest gym is a ripoff at $13.65 per day or $95.50 for a monthly membership. That’s higher than a lot of USA prices, and their rent, overhead, and employee cost is a small fraction of what it takes to operate in the USA. But that’s the place for the “PEACOCKS” to go, where they’re willing to pay an extra $11.50 per day or $71 per month in order to be seen by the “right people.”

Hilariously pathetic.
