Can you remember the last time you heard something genuinely inspiring from the usual-suspect messengers? Something that filled you with hope or instilled a sense of purpose? Try to remember. Can you recall any such instance, even as far back as 2020?
The messaging received is an incessant drone over years, a constant hum of one crisis after another. The pandemic, the social unrest, the political divide, the economic disparity, the environmental issues… the list goes on, and on. Global society is being bombarded with distressing “news” non-stop. There is no respite, no pause, no moment of calm.
How is this abusing children? I asked, how is this abusing children?
Think about the kind of world the global power-elite are presenting to them, the kind of future that’s being sketched out for them, which is in turn reflected in the actions they observe on the parts of parents, guardians, and peers.
They are growing up in an era of constant chaos and uncertainty, a time when crises are the norm rather than the exception.
How many of them, once they reach an age where they can look back and reflect, might wonder why they were brought into this world? How many might ask, “why did they even have me, if life is nothing but an unrelenting series of shit storms, one after another?”
This question is poignant, and it strikes at the heart of the matter. It also goes hand-in-hand with the nature of women and mothers, which I’ll develop below.
What is planet earth doing to inspire children, to instill hope in them? Is it sending any sort of message that life is tough, but that’s part of why it’s worth living? Or, is the message more like: always be careful, always play it safe, always be on the lookout, you don’t want to have that happen yada yada bla bla?
They haven’t even faced the challenge of tying their shoes yet, and they have to worry about the weather next year, and wonder if it’s true this time that unless we do something now, no more White Christmases ever, not even chez Santa?
Sane, rational, and fearless people (they still exist) need to consider these questions and reflect on the kind of world all the vermin are creating. They need to think about how to exterminate all the vermin with the greatest sense of urgency and efficiency.
That is the only crisis that exists in the whole world right now.
Fixing that fixes all the other very manageable or adjust-to-real problems that actually exist as non-figments of idiotic, corner-cowering imaginations.
Think about the messages this obsessively self-centered world is sending to children, and whether they’re ones of hope and inspiration, or despair and fear. Children are everyone’s future, and it’s the human responsibility we all bear to participate in the creation and framing of a world that kids can’t wait to when-I’m-old-enough participate in, with full and unbridled enthusiasm.
… And fuck any selfish asshole who doesn’t get this straightaway. It’s simple shit.
Life will always have its ups and downs, its crises and calm periods, most of them being man-made. But it’s how we navigate through these times, how we rise above them, that defines us. And it’s this message of resilience, of hope and determination, that must, with all sense of urgency, be passed on to children.
… As an aside, there’s one single messenger that primarily offers a frame of hope, confidence, and greatness.
MAGA-DJT.
Little wonder, then, that his interview with Tucker broadcast on X has received, as of this moment, 142 million views, while Fox New’s simultaneous airing of the Republican primary debates brought an estimated 13 million views.
So perhaps I’m simply calling attention to something people at large are already thirsting for. And indeed, when Trump speaks of all the problems of the past 4 years including his impeachments, clear election fraud, and now his political, banana-republic indictments, he frames it as a shame that’s detracting from America’s greatness and putting roadblocks in the way of continuous improvement and never-ending prosperity that’s the birthright of Americans.
… But let’s connect some dots, ladies.
I woke up at 02.30 this morning to work-write after a refreshing 5 hours, and discovered an interesting confluence of dots. Last evening, I published No-Pill #31 The Woo-Woo Myth Stuff. It’s the lengthiest lesson to date at 3,600 words and because of that length, a short summary wasn’t cutting it for me, so I put a 1,000-word intro ahead of the paywall.
I woke up to two membership cancellations initiated after that post, both annual subscriptions (I rarely get those, it has been months since the last one), both women. Offsetting that were two new subscriptions by men (the cancellations were at the old membership rates, the new at the new, so net positive…though I’d prefer to have all 4 still).
I was not surprised and, in fact, have been expecting a gradual shift like that. I know I’ll always retain some [great] women as members. Some of them are just built that way. They just get it, as they say.
It’s unavoidable, though. Previously I was this Paleo blogger dude and there was a great emphasis on weight loss. Who’s most in need of that, and who tends to feel it the most, since it goes to physical attractiveness, and that’s an essential for many women? So that’s likely where most of them came from, not my libertarian-like anarchism and misanthropic take on politics…and its voters.
I’m now getting a lot back into food, diet, gym, weight loss. But this time, I’m doing it 100% from a male and manly perspective and everything that motivates and goes with that. And all I’ve got for the ladies, really, is “go find a man with an exemplary heart and mind, and judge his character by how often he hits the gym and how fucking hard he works…because I now understand fully what sort of character it takes and how fucking tough it is.”
Since July 1, 2023, a span of 55 days, 42 of those days have been gym days for me. HARD-ass gym days. I am now 100% firmly convinced that there is just about nothing on earth that so frames a man’s character, and it took me fucking 62 1/2 years to finally get that.
Nothing really compares in the same way, not even physical labor…which is a livelihood necessity for most who do it. How many men stick with hard physical labor for a job over some administrative or office role out of preference? Few.
You go to the gym because you want to and if you don’t, you’ll never stick with it. You’ll have to learn how to want to. My suggestion? Do 30 days straight, like I did in July. No fucking excuses, and no fucking around with sissy sets and pussy reps. You better be huffing, puffing, and love-hating your life after each and every set. That will make or break you, and I would say that the break rate will be over 90%.
We don’t have many men, anymore. Anywhere. On planet earth. If it’s 10%, that’s 400 million out of 8 billion. Seems like an over-estimation. At least the vast majority of, whatever that number is, are Americans. I have no doubt about that.
Hand in hand with this transition to physical manliness: discipline, no-excuses hard work, dedication, stop acting like a chick, stop trying to please chicks beyond the basics of gentlemanliness…and all that goes along with that. I’ve finally begun to edit and post my 3-decades-old project I began way back in late 1990 with a bound large notebook and classic fountain pen…later painstakingly transcribed into a word processor.
114 No-Pill Advantages — Lesson Index
I suspected that a lot fewer women would be interested than men. Now I’m beginning to have those suspicions backed by evidence. But it makes sense.
I’ll explain. It just goes to the wiring. Women are not supposed to have to deal with the mental stuff beyond the immediate safety and security of a home…or nest, den, cave, whatever. Statecraft, just like the blood, guts, and conquest that came before it, is for men. I know there are outlier exceptions…no need to remind me for the millionth time.
Look at nature. Predominately, females have to see to safety and security of themselves and offspring on their own. In many cases, offspring are independent shortly after birth. In the case of sea turtles, mom isn’t even around and the success rate of getting to the water and even then, the relative safety of the sea, it’s like 1% survival rate, or less. That’s why lots of eggs.
But if you move up the hierarchy, the fewer number of offspring per cycle, the more attendant and skillful mom is…right up to the pinnacle of female do-not-fuck-with-me-and-my-kids: female brown bears—about their only natural predator being male brown bears that outweigh them by 65 kilos…so they gotta be good.
… Anyway, my 114 Lessons is as far removed as possible from a manual on how to find safety and security (again, find a man with a good heart and soul who goes to the gym rain or shine, ladies). And even more than that, those 114-lessons lay absolute waste to literally every single thing in society that’s supposed to be some existential cause for concern, which is the life-blood fodder for most women to move from never-ending crisis to crisis and heap scorn and derision upon men for being failures (at solving all of their bullshit-myth “problems”).
That post yesterday went a long way toward ridiculing a handful of silly myth-fantasies, some of which are bread & butter for lots of women (astrology, anyone? THE ENVIRONMENT!!!!???).
I xeeted this on X the other day.
Does anyone find that women seem to live in a perpetual state of existential crisis?
Just dropped the Thai GF off at the terminal for a quick trip home. I know she was wondering if I was going to give her some extra money.
I hold out 2000 baht, “here, do something nice with the girls” (her 2 daughters, 13 and 12).
Without skipping a beat, without pausing a second to enjoy that worry-crisis resolved, she’s immediately onto the next crisis in her seemingly endless series of them.
LOL.
Then there was this just yesterday as I was checking in with a local online expat group, which I use to keep tabs on some local stuff.
From 0 to 10.
How safe is Thailand for women? Bangkok and Pattaya region. Please, tell me the highs and lows.
Please be honest. This topic is important to me. I live in Brazil and I do not consider here a safe place, for example.
As it happens, I had a reply at the ready for her.
I’ll relate what my Thai GF has told me who, in a past relationship, spent about 9 months in Brazil in 3 separate trips.
She essentially hated it, and said that was her chief problem. She never felt safe.
In Thailand, she feels completely safe. Never an issue with her doing what she wants, any time day or night, pretty much anywhere.
… And if that’s not enough, if you had access to the forum, you could see dozens of replies from women who live in Thailand saying things like “I feel so much safer here than in my country of [name Western democracy].” In terms of numerical rating? 8 of 10 was the lowest I saw, all the way up to 10+++ for Chiang Mai.
Now, how many of those women will connect any dots?
Zero.
Zero is the answer.
For about the 9th time since around 1938 when the King of Thailand ceded absolute monarch status and installed a parliamentary system of government that shares power with the military, there was a new civilian government formed in 2014, by military coup. (In terms of Western understanding, they have the three equal branches of government we do (executive, legislative, and judicial), plus two more: monarchy and military.)
The military, it seems, stands as a sort of conservative, patriarchal guard over the country more so than really being much of a classic military force—though I’ve heard that their special forces are top-notch, and I don’t doubt it…there are some amazingly tough, manly, and polite gentlemen in this country. They also have a military service lottery and most young men have to serve for a period of time…
Anyway, is it possible to connect any dots here, ladies?
And another thing that’s prescient is that Thailand is spending its money on infrastructure like I have never seen. Drive anywhere.
Those represent routes I’ve driven in my 3 1/2 + years here, and that wheel spoke out from the homestead in Sisaket north of Cambodia, including southwest to Pattaya and back (and forth) represents the stuff I’ve driven “a million times.”
I have never not been delayed by major road construction or the provisioning of added civil services (electricity, data, water, and sewer, underground) anywhere ever. And it’s many times every trip and in the cities themselves, it’s perpetual.
It’s fucking unbelievable, and it didn’t slow down during the covidiocy. It may have intensified.
What do Western democracies do (besides give billions to a clown who plays piano with his cock for a comedy show)? They piss it away and destroy male leadership, authority, and incentive while creating whole generations of classless, fat, ugly, entitled cunt-bitches.
Too far? (I know there are [lots of] exceptions)
And if you’re reading between the lines a bit, I’m not even blaming this on women.
I’m blaming it on lazy, weak, pussy-ass males who can’t even get their ass to the gym. In other words, women are kinda filling a vacuum in the only way they do: everything’s a fucking crisis when inappropriately upscaled to geopolitical levels, from the daily problems and issues that confront making a home and tending to children.
… And so here we find ourselves. I won’t even get into the politics of the day, but I will show you one last thing, this chart.
I live dead-center inside that circle and have no intention of ever leaving it but for short trips…in a country that, amongst and surrounded by other countries, have cultures and political leadership that respects their honored and sacred things, and respects the mutually-complementary roles of men, women, and children in society.
… And while the male-like butt pirates are free to live their lives, they don’t get to have any important roles. You will never see a lady or a ladyboy in any important position in the military or police. I have never even seen a female administrative employee in a police station (and I’ve been in a few).
I wouldn’t mind some variations on those particular themes, especially for outliers, and that there’s never any relaxing of physical and mental standards from what men have to meet.
… So anyway, 3 1/2 years in this country and culture have done wonders to reorient me to what I’d probably have naturally been—had America and the rest of the West not gone to complete and utter evil shit since 1992, when the Soviet Union collapsed, the geopolitics changed forever, and new enemies had to be contrived quick and many bombings to kill hundreds of thousands around the world had to be planned and executed…’cause ‘MERCA! and MUH FREEDOM!
… One last thing, and that’s what’s north of that circle on the chart, above. That’s the world’s richest basket of all natural resources by a huge margin, otherwise known as Russia.
Geopoliticians and military planners have known and understood this strategically, all along. It’s that America, in geographical terms, is an isolated, ugly stepchild. Half the world’s population has zero need of America for anything whatsoever, and its insistence that everyone will need us, or else, has led to the inevitable, which is that America is in large part hated and resented more than it’s loved.
… And you ain’t seen nuthin, yet. This may not mean anything to you, but for decades, the US Dollar has been the world’s “reserve currency,” which means that like English is the international language (how do Thai and Chinese communicate with each-other? English), the dollar is the common currency (when Thailand buys from China and vice versa, US Dollars is the money they use, not their own baht or yuan).
This is quite likely to change soon, and it may have eventually done so anyway, but America’s crazy-fucking-stupid economic sanctioning of Russia has turned Russia into a European economic powerhouse and in league with India, China, Brazil and others…they’re looking to replace the dollar as the international reserve currency with, wait for it…a Gold-Backed currency (we hurt many countries very badly by printing trillions of dollars of Covid relief and inflating the fuck out of the dollar other countries were holing in the trillions on the whole).
At best, the rest of the world is merely entertained by America, now. That used to be because of our high production rate and quality of traditional entertainment. Now it’s our banana-republic politics. I know expats from various places in the world who are more informed about the daily ins-and-outs than I am.
It’s that much of a laughingstock.
You should see it. When I first got here, America was highly respected, like better than I remember from my years in Japan and France 32–39 years ago; it so happens that the expat life tends to attract the more conservative fellows. I’ve met an amazing number of Western Europeans who love Trump. The election changed everything and disappointed many. Salvageable? Absolutely. Those who loved America did so because of its uniqueness in world history, and it’s not lost on them. Will it be salvaged? I hope so—in 2024—but I’m not placing any bets just yet.
Guess who’s the biggest exception.
Fucking Canadians.
Every single one—and I’ve lived next door to two of them and know about a half-dozen others personally—is a lefttarded, Trump-hating socialist wimp.
Even my Brit & Ozzie mates have noted and chalk it up to small-dick syndrome, or something.
… So I just wanted to clear the air about all the foregoing. Nothing I can really do about it, other than acknowledge it. My focus is helping men to become hard-ass, no-excuses, gym-going, physique-sporting, hard-working gentlemen who give a shit about everything important and nothing that’s wanking-ass bullshit.
And no fucking waa-waa excuses.
And ladies? I love y’all and bless your hearts, but I really don’t know what to advise but to find yourself, or help create yourself, a man as described in the foregoing (and surely, importantly, lead other women to do likewise).
Cheers.

Great Stuff. Female subscriber still hanging in here and agree with pretty much every word of this – even or especially the description of most other women and weak or beta males. I think I’m one of those “outliers” though!
I’ll just bet that you are.
The thing I think I know about women is, what they lack in physical strength compared to men, they CAN more than make up for in mental toughness and strength.
It has to be that way because too many women throughout human evolution were forced to go it alone, even with offspring to take care of. That REQUIRES an unwavering capacity for mental fortitude.
Sadly, modern society has rendered it 1) a largely untapped reserve and 2) set it in motion in very nefarious and destructive ways.
