[Weird Diet Wrap-Up — One Single Rule]

In my previous post, I spilled the beans on what I consider to be the most significant secret about my unusual diet challenge—or whatever you want to call it. What makes it “weird” is that it hinges on just one single variable. This is unlike any other diet challenge out there, where you’re juggling a bunch of different tasks, rules, and variables. I’m usually the kind of guy who loves to throw a mix of variables into the mix, conducting experiments where you’ve got all sorts of factors at play, and you never quite pin down what’s actually making the difference. Whether the results are good or bad.

This approach was different—playful, even. You’ve got just one thing to do. And that’s it. I think it’s been quite enlightening, and for some, it’s been nothing short of gangbusters. I’ve received numerous messages from people saying, “Wow!” My favorite was from a wife whose husband, out of curiosity, tried it out, and bam, he got a significant result.

Now, there’s something else many of you might’ve figured out, or at least have hinted at in the comments. I’ve kept my responses minimal because I genuinely want you to draw your own conclusions without me nudging you in any particular direction. I don’t want it to be a case of “Richard said so, so I’ll confirm it.” I’m after genuine, uninfluenced feedback from those who actually took on the challenge.

Today marks the end of it; it’s been two weeks. As I sit here dictating this to my computer, we’re about 16 hours away from the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. Let me just say, I am fucking thrilled about this. I’m looking forward to a new era, not just for America but for the world at large. Everyone’s had enough of this left-wing, woke bullshit.

Alright, now I’m heading over to the members’ area.
