Yeah, that’s been a lot of my life for weeks now—going on two months. I’ve abided and sustained because I have this vision of a great tropical homestead, and I’m doing what it takes to make that happen. So I sit there and think and write and interact, but underneath it all I’m thinking about what comes next. What comes next?

The thing is, I live in uncharted territory. Almost nobody—not my fans, not my readers, not even my paying members—cares. It’s not like they should, but everyone is locked in their little worlds. That’s why they agitate wherever they can on social media and spew their opinions to the world when nobody gives a fuck. Well, nobody gives a fuck what I’m doing, either. But on the other hand, I’m actually doing something. I’m affecting change. You’re not, by doomscrolling social media and offering your opinion that nobody gives a fuck about. I’m actually doing something.

I’m doing it in the context of what one person can do. What I’m doing in my own life involves getting the fuck out of fucking America and fucking Western civilization and moving to a place where you don’t have to ask permission to do anything.

The stupidest, most pathetic phrase ever uttered by all American and all Westerners is, “I have a permit.” Makes you an instant fucktard.

I’m going to begin this by first giving you a clip from the president—not the president you think, a different president. Could be AI, but it’s spot on.

I thought being on the left was a mental problem. The empirical evidence is so overwhelming that it never worked anywhere, and they refused to accept it.

But what I discovered is that being on the left is a disease of the soul. The left is built on envy, hatred, resentment, and unequal treatment under the law. They are very violent, and since they have no way or arguments to answer, they go for physical violence.

All Democrats, or equivalents in other countries, are mentally diseased. You cannot hate them enough.

You cannot hate a Democrat enough. And if you abide by them in any way, there is something wrong with you.

Onward to the subject matter. Oh, wait, just caught another “lock” from X. The last one was 7 days, now it’s 30 days. It’s Facefuck all over again. White men can’t talk. I see tons of calls for violence on X. I use the word “eradicate” and catch a 30-day. Fuck the racially preferential X. I’ll go back to YouTube to serve up my vids.

I’ve been struggling, waiting, or whatever the hell you want to call it over the last couple of months. The fact is I’ve been grinding away on quite a project here in the rural northeast countryside of Thailand. Finally I said enough already—time to do a little something for myself.

So I had a desk built and bought and installed air conditioning in a room. Now I can sit here and work properly with my side monitor instead of roasting in the squalor I’d been putting up with. That’s the story of this post.

Whop whop fans.

BBQ Big Fish.

Get’s going.

I’m not impressed with anyone, anymore. Most people are dumb fucks and silly pussies.

What’s it costing you???

Sometimes I eat, too. There’s a Thai company that specializes in German-style. This is their bratwurst, and it’s the best I ever tasted.

My favorite old ladies.

Eating meat again. Yea, I don’t have to drive very far to get imported Aussie Angus and I’m told by a friend that a little longer drive and I can source beef that will blow my mind.

Thais are getting wonderfully clever about beef.

I eat Thai food too.

So finally, the culmination.

OK, so there you have it—a little taste of what I’m making of my life here in rural northeast Thailand. I’m actually doing something every day. Something material and real that advances my life in ways that have nothing to do with doom-scrolling the Internet and spewing opinions nobody gives a damn about. That’s what got me off it in the first place—fucktards offering their worthless takes on everything as if any of it is going to move the needle. It won’t.

What actually moves the needle is pursuing your own values. Find something you love and go after it relentlessly. That changes your life first. Secondarily, other people notice and think, “Hey, that looks pretty good—maybe I should get off my ass and do some fucking work too.”

One thing that’s made a huge difference for me is living by the sun. Last night I was out until dark and in bed by seven, seven-thirty. We’re up at 4:45 or five, five-fifteen, right when it gets light. That’s how we live now. People used to talk about circadian rhythms back in the States, but it was all theoretical because everyone stayed up late and slept in. Out here it’s just natural. Bed when the sun goes down, up when it comes up. I love it. It feels right and it’s genuinely helpful in ways I never bothered to explore before because it wasn’t how anyone else lived.

On a closing note, I’m listening to a Joe Rogan podcast with Eric Weinstein. I’m only about a quarter of the way through and I’m enjoying it. As a teenager I devoured every theoretical physics book I could get my hands on. In college I started taking the math and physics courses thinking I’d become a theoretical physicist. Two things stopped that. First, I soon realized I wasn’t talented or brilliant enough, high IQ or not. Second, I saw that the only real career path was becoming a professor, and I had zero interest in that. After a couple of years of grinding through the coursework—very fucking hard work, by the way—I switched to business and finished a degree in business admin.

What eventually became clear is that all that math and physics training was invaluable. It taught me to think differently about problems and gave me an edge in finding real business solutions. That background helped make me successful in ways I wouldn’t have been otherwise.

If you’re inclined, look up the Rogan-Weinstein episode. It dropped a couple of weeks ago. Worth your time.

Richard, I am loving your new phase of life. You said a few things in the past few months that keep replaying in my head and really make me think about what kind of world I live in here in the States.

I really do not have “freedom” here is a biggie.

Thanks for the video clips too. We are about the same age.
