It’s Amazing

“The progress from video to video is insane. Amazing what can be done without all of the BS.”

Comment from a YouTube subscriber.

I simply make videos and pump them out. They’re always short—two, three, four minutes, five at most—and I get pretty much zero engagement. Meanwhile, some broad flashes her tits and a G-string on Instagram and racks up a million likes, half of them from pathetic dudes begging to meet somewhere.

I just fucking hate humanity. I really do. But I’m happy at the same time because I live up here in a place that suits me, and I make videos about exactly what suits me.

Here’s another thing. I’ve gotten a fair number of unsubscribes from the paid portion of the membership here on the blog lately—last month or two. Not a ton, but noticeable. Every single one—100%—has come from dudes. Zero females. I have plenty of female subscribers, and none of them bail. It’s always the guys, and the reason is obvious. They’re afraid. I’m 65 years old and I’m out here building shit in rural Thailand on an American-level income, getting 20 times the results for the money. What I spend $3,000 on would cost a local $50,000, and these timid fucks can’t handle it.

So anyway, here’s my latest update—maybe a couple of them.

I get such a kick out of cloistered, pussy people.

I’m 65, living the fuck out of life in rural Thailand.

Everyone in America is as scared as you can imagine. Not even a single member of my family would ever dare to visit. I’m getting close to none of them being welcome to visit. Honest. It’s fucking 2026, and no one can manage it.

It’s simple. None of them want to. Fine.

I will never, ever fly back to the USA for any reason. My ashes will be burned in a Buddhist temple.

Richard, can you say what the cost of the land was? Looks like I very large lot!

It’s 1 rai, which is nearly the size of 1/2 acre. Cost was nearly $7,000 when she bought it 10 years ago. Property “taxes” are 60 bucks per year.

I think your youtube videos would get more engagement if you filmed differently.

Panning shots/moving camera constantly makes for a hard to watch video.

I’m not even a little bit interested. If people are so fucking shallow, I want them dead, not engaged.

I’d say it’s not shallowness, it’s biology. Constantly panning videos are simply unwatchable.

Absolutely nothing to do with being shallow.

LOL (at the comment narration directed at me, and yeah i get it) much better at least IMO. And I love the repeated ‘OK I’M PANNING SLOWLY NOW’ (‘ARE YOU FUCKING HAPPY NOW?’ is what i hear in my head).

And I get it, like you said in the narration you just want to be able to film and upload, not have to edit together video, for quick stuff like this I would feel the same as editing video can be a time suck.

Although IMO, I think this hybrid approach you just did (keeping camera on one shot for awhile, narrating it, then walking with it, and panning slower when needed) actually works pretty well for ‘one shot’ video updates.
