Short Take: What Netflix and Adult-Streaming Did
— Bonus: Midjourney Woke promotes LGBT child grooming, but says “rejected” to adult women in bikinis

Bizarro world today. The image for the post that I generated with Midjourney AI ran into some snags. I got 4 variations on what I prompted for, none of which are really representative of what I prompted for, so then I explored its Woke Vermin Virus Mind further.
… But before that, I got the email out to members, on time, as promised in Sunday Scribbles yesterday…on precisely, step-by-step, how I created an e-book in about 50 minutes using one master AI running three specialist AI “employees.” So I was like the director, they tirelessly do all the work. What I didn’t say is that I was less than impressed with the 50-page result. Comprehensive as hell, astounding depth and number of references to research-literature, but disorganized and disjointed; and in some places, out of proportion and repetitive.
Why?
Because I did it exactly how the discoverer of this AI combination instructed, and it’s a lazy-ass, low-effort way—as I also talked about on Sunday—and not a methodical, planned out, effort-and-prompt-driven project management way.
Being who I am, I went in and redid the whole project, but this time in my way. Thoughtful, planned, managed, guided execution. Took 10 minutes longer (about an hour) and I only got about 25 pages, but they’re clean and beautiful. I do not exaggerate when I say that I could simply pop a cover and title page on it and begin selling it in my Downloads section within a few hours.
Also not me. I’m going to edit side-by-side. The excellent clean draft next to the dirty draft. I’ll find and pick out the nuggets (the research section on cultural practices is head-shaking impressive; again, with references) and insert them. Then, I’ll add my own touches and experiences and in a few days time with have a super high-quality e-book that will be relevant for 10 years easy and will sell throughout that time.
A few folks joined to become Members in time to get the email with the nitty-gritty detail. I’ll be doing this sort of thing more frequently with make-money-now business stuff…by email instead of a member post, since the info has a kind of expiration date and needs to be acted upon quickly.
For this particular instance and missed chances, I have made available a 2nd chance to get it. All the details here.
Now let’s get to the short take, which is both funny and head-shaking.
It was way back when I wrote my very first of what was to be 98 posts on Covid, that I said something like how this whole thing is some weird confluence of Trump derangement (Impeachment 1.0 had recently concluded) and mature markets in phones, connectivity, and social-media.
That only explains—for me—part of it. How it got started so easily, quickly, and globally.
We’d yet to see what would later become the thinly veiled dire yearning to PLEASE JUST LET US STAY HOME AND “WORK!!!” (where it’s “safe”).
Caught this piece: The work-from-home fanatics owe the rest of us an apology — In spite of its expert endorsements the home working experiment is dead in the water.
Yea, who could have predicted that?
I’ll just say that I have a minute of experience in this area. Since 1992—that’s 31 years—I’ve worked from home most of the time. There were years when I spent quite a bit of time in the office, primarily when building a company from about ’99-’04, after which I ran stuff mostly from home with people in place at the company. The last 10 years has been 100% from home.
The critical difference: I was working for myself, not for someone else. When you’re working for yourself, toward your own exclusively-determined objectives, it doesn’t matter where you happen to be occupying physical space. You’re motivated to do, or you’re not.
… Elon Musk saw through it.
My take is that phones in every pocket combined with social media is really responsible for Covid totalitarianism on a global scale.
If you look back, Federal Departments of Vermin all over the world initially were going to approach the thing just like any other respiratory virus scare, and then peter out when there’s nothing much to see. You had Pelosi famously hugging Chinese people in front of cameras for Woke creds.
But even the Woke Virus was no match for the Covid Virus, once the endless possibilities manifest, plus the opportunity to co-opt Woke virility into a subsumed role under Covid.
The Vermin were taken aback. Because of the maturity of the intersection between phones, wireless, internet, and social media, it was quickly learned that given the right impetus (Covid), combined with the right catalyst (Woke-virtue-speak), you could scare the shit out of billions of people worldwide in a matter of hours…time zones being the only limitation to having it be the case instantaneously.
In turn, elevated to a status of importance for tirelessly speaking out and virtue-signal-lighting on social media, they became undyingly loyal to the don’t-kill-my-grandma cause (resulting in huge grandma deaths, unironically)
We know the rest of the story.
Behind that story are the true motivations for the endless engagement online for pro-lockdown and everything that implies lockdown (masks, distancing, business closures, STAY HOME orders, food and grocery delivery, etc.).
Strip away all the virtue-signalling platitudes and what you’re left with is hordes of Wokesters, primarily in the modern tech world, who loved loved loved getting their full paychecks while being able to “work” from home.
And what was the base motivation for that? Two genres, typified by two companies.
My working hypothesis is that these two companies (and the genre, broadly) are the root cause and motivation for all that went down:
- Netflix
- PornHub
Prove me wrong.
… So, the foregoing was going to be the end of this post; I went on over to Midjourney to create an image.
/imagine [prompt] employees at home binging Netflix and PornHub when they’re supposed to be working. –ar 3:2
Nope.
Appeal.
Rejected.
/imagine [prompt] employees at home binging Netflix and watching girls in bikinis when they’re supposed to be working. –ar 3:2
Nope.
Appeal.
Rejected.
Now pissed:
/imagine [prompt] an LGBTQ+ book reading at an elementary school.
No. Fucking. Problem. Here’s four. Would you like to upscale to full size, or generate some more? How about a close-up of the gay cocksucking and butt-fucking we’re explaining to the kiddies?
… If I was a religious man, I would be calling upon, and praying to God for his instant judgment to reign down upon this earth in hellfire and brimstone.
Moving on…

Finally, (one of 4 similar images, up top). Doesn’t really do the trick. Use your /imagine.
