How Many Need To Be In Jail (or ‘Better’)?

— Is it Thousands, or Only Hundreds?

Summary of IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley’s opening statement on Department of Justice Corruption and the Biden Family’s Crimes and then my fully-integrated, scathing, iconoclastic, misanthropic commentary:

I’m here to tell you that the Delaware US Attorney’s Office and Department of Justice’s handling of the Hunter Biden tax investigation was very different from any other case my 14 years at the IRS. At every stage, decisions were made that benefited the subject of this investigation.

For example, prosecutors conceal contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop from investigators. DOJ slow walked steps to include interviews, serving document requests, and executing search warrants. Warrants that we’re ready as early as April of 2020, but were delayed until after the November 2020 election, and never pursued.

Investigators were not allowed to follow up on WhatsApp messages from Hunter Biden’s Apple iCloud backup, where he suggested he was sitting next to his father. Assistant United States Attorney Leslie Wolf cited the optics of executing a search warrant at President Biden’s residence as a deciding factor for not allowing it, even though she agreed that probable cause existed.

Prosecutors instructed investigators not to ask about the big guy or dad when conducting interviews. The Biden transition team was tipped off about interviews the night before the investigation went over.

A fact that my FBI counterpart confirmed to this committee in recent testimony, where the result was only one witness spoke to investigators that day. These are just some of the examples of how our investigation was stymied.

I’m not here to support partisan agendas on either side. I’m here because our tax system relies on the American people having confidence it is administered fairly and equally for everyone, regardless of your last name, or political connections…

After our investigation largely concluded by the end of 2021, the IRS recommended charging Hunter Biden with multiple felonies and several misdemeanors for the tax years of 2014 through 2019. The Delaware assistance United States Attorneys and tax evasion trial attorneys supported charging the felonies and misdemeanors listed in Exhibit two of my interview transcripts…

Attorney General Garland led Congress to believe the case was insulated from improper political influence because all decisions were being made exclusively by Delaware US Attorney David Weiss, but that was not true. The Justice Department allowed the President’s political appointees to weigh in on whether they charged the president’s son.

After US Attorney for DC, Mathew Graves, appointed by President Biden refused to bring charges in March 2022, I watched US Attorney Weiss tell a roomful of senior FBI and IRS leaders on October 7, 2022, that he was not the deciding person on whether charges were filed. That was my red line.

I had already seen a pattern of preferential treatment and obstruction. Now, US Attorney Weiss was admitting that what the American people believed based on the Attorney General’s sworn statement was false. I could no longer stay silent…

Here’s the actual testimony.

Get Real

Kinda wraps it all up with a tidy little bow on top, doesn’t it?

And let’s be real. The Democrats know this is the damn honest truth even more than Republicans…’cause they’re in on it all.

The only real question is, do all the people who will escape justice—prosecuted, convicted, and sentenced to sitting in federal prison for a very long time—number in just the hundreds, or in the thousands?

See, that’s part of the Democrat-Party Crime (or it is a crime party?) playbook. You involve a massive number of people, which is then very protective. Why do you think the Communists always had a “Party?” Being a member was your protection and legitimacy all in one. License to kill.

It’s just like if you murder one person or a small few, you’re going down.

You need to murder millions to get off…and, in some cases, be lionized.

The Art of Selective Prosecution

The art form of ‘selective prosecution’ is the secret sauce in this tawdry recipe of injustice. It’s a choice made by the Nomenklatura on behalf of their fellows—deciding who feels the bite of justice and who doesn’t. It’s a cold, calculated, pragmatic, amoral-to-immoral game, and it’s played by master nihilistic destroyers.

These despots…clever, intelligent, calculating…these aren’t words I prefer to use to describe them…they’re evil incarnate. Parasites. Destroyers of all that is true, honest, holy, and just.

They understand the power, and where the numbers lie. They know that the more people involved in their schemes, the harder it is to prosecute everyone. So, they create a vast web of illegality, a “legal” safety net made of human shields.

Why do you imagine that the law is so massive and complex?

Two purposes:

  1. Get anyone they want
  2. Get anyone off they want

Scandal-Ridden, Yet Unscathed

Take a look around you. You’ll see high-profile figures—politicians, business moguls, celebrities—involved in shocking scandals, yet they walk away unscathed. Their crimes are brushed under the rug, hidden behind a smokescreen of wealth and connections. They live above the law, protected by a system that values power over justice.

Injustice by the Numbers

So, how many people are we talking about here? Hundreds? Thousands? Maybe even more. The frightful or delightful (depending on your perspective) truth is, we don’t know. And we may never know. But one thing’s certain—in a just world, these people would be facing jail or ‘better’ for their actions. They’d be sitting behind bars (or ‘better’), not living in luxury.

I hold out zero hope for anything.

Nor should you.

You will never vote your way out of this.

Which is why, everywhere on earth, in all corners, when I’m hearing…

“This is destroying trust and faith in our institutions!”

My response?

Well it’s about fucken time!

This is pretty much the most accurate appraisal of power in society that I’ve ever read.

People always talk about what “they” are doing, but it’s not always clear who “they” are.

This is a cool article because you’re doing some real work in describing the nature of “they” and how “they” work.

Over the last few years I’ve probably become more of a tinfoil hat kind of guy. But at the same time I’ve always had an appreciation for the emergent nature of social phenomena. (Spontaneous order as well as disorder)

My take is that there is a decentralized cabal

It’s mostly the product of human action. But not completely human design.

A lot of people make the machine run and they play their role because it’s in their self interest to so. It goes from the top to the bottom.

For example, It’s easy to see how the lockdowns (and mandates) were able to be implemented. They actually turned out to be very profitable for the ones who have the most power and influence.

Consider that the tech companies profit from people becoming more dependent on their products for business and communication. They also have the power to perpetuate the lockdowns via censorship and propaganda.

And then big pharma has a chokehold on the media, not to mention the revolving door between the public health agencies and the vaccine companies.

And this goes all the way down to the individuals as well. A lot of upper middle class folks in the laptop class were happy to work from home while keeping their jobs, having the flexibility to work from anywhere and save on gas, etc.

Yeah, some of the people at the top are directing things. But most of the people involved are just thinking: “well, I can just go along with this because I’m not being hurt, in fact I’m benefitting from this scenario.”

I’m getting slightly off topic, but the situation with Dem/Biden/DOJ/FBI/etc is probably analogous.

And, for what it’s worth, I think thousands need to be brought to justice for crimes against humanity committed during covid. America cannot move forward until there is justice and closure on what happened here during that period.

The only person I think can do that is RFK. He’ll go after them because they’re jos lifelong enemies. But Trump cannot do that because of the money he takes from Pfizer and his involvement in warpspeed.

    My $.02

“My take is that there is a decentralized cabal”

Yep. It’s a synergistic system, hive kinda thing, not a true conspiracy. The system is created by people to have ways and means to get a “competitive” edge and then the clever-enough recognize and use those edges…and to people on the outside, it looks like back-room-smoke-filled conspiracy.

I too think Trump is not ideal. Better than anyone but RFK Jr is how I would put it.

His bungling of covid and then his stupid germaphobe (nobody’s perfect) ignorance leading him to believe vaccines are like some magic elixir, and you just go make it… and his persistence in calling them fantastic and refusal to admit they’re poisonous killers is too much baggage.

Unfortunate, because in all other respects, he’s #1 as far as I’m concerned.

But, if he makes it all the way, I won’t complain. I just think Bobby can do a deeper clean of what really matters.
