Just quickly. I’m working on a follow-up post to my two previous “Sugar Diet” posts. Part of that is describing my own experience, trying to make sure I’m not fooling myself.

In a word, I’m flabbergasted and I think I know why and I think it holds a clue to why obesity happens in the first place. Stay tuned.

Trump dropped an f-bomb right in front of the cameras and it’s perhaps the most righteous, perfectly timed f-bomb of all time.

So, yea, I’ve watched it on repeat over and over. What a contrast. His dealings are so good that writing much commentary and analysis just seems silly to me. It all speaks for itself, and it’s kind of funny watching both leftists and libertarians…even Tucker Carlson…look like fools.

It’s a good lesson in toning down your hot takes on every fucking thing.

… A month or so ago I was in one of my fav old-time go-go bars on Beach Rd., Pattaya. Est. 1978 and my 1st time in the joint was 1986. I try to sneak on by once or twice per week. hasn’t changed a bit. Even the music vids. Same stuff. The place changes less than the Catholic Church.

Anyway, something came on and I did a triple take. WTF?

I quickly forgot about it, but in that sorta déjà vu kinda way-thing, I suddenly start seeing Tom Jones—of all people—in the news. 85 years old, and he looks fantastic. For sure, he must have a sane diet.

1969. Mind blowing.
