Alex Berenson Makes Mainstream Media Go Apoplectic
Last evening I began getting hints that a segment on Fox’s Tucker Carlson Tonight was causing waves of deep outrage elsewhere in media la-la land.
What could that have been?
It was a 4-minute appearance by former NYT journalist Alex Berenson, also author of the recent book, Pandemia: How Coronavirus Hysteria Took Over Our Government, Rights, and Lives.
What could have been so awful as to get major outlets to jump right to their keyboards and hit publish as soon as possible? Well, he told the truth per the data…data anyone with an internet connection can look up themselves; government published data. And that data tells the unequivocal tale of utter and complete vaccine failure on a massive scale. It’s undeniable by any actual functioning human brain. It’s 2+2 stuff.
This morning I checked in to see what’s it’s all about.
I haven’t bothered to even glance or scan any of them. You know, if the vast majority of the world believes the moon is made of green cheese and someone comes forth to provide its actual physical composition by means of samples taken from its surface, it’s beyond a fair consideration of hand-waving articles pleading for status-quo beliefs.
Before showing the video clip, take a moment to just look at the data and draw your own thoughts from that. First, the big picture.
Just at a bird’s eye intuitive view, you’d note that these case rates are dwarfing the case rates per million since the very beginning, and also, these are mostly countries with the highest vaccination rates. If you look up the data, you’ll see that some, like Israel and Denmark have 90% of the adult population vaccinated and about 60% boosted. You would expect to see the opposite. This is simple a priori stuff.
Berenson put up a post yesterday:
Vaccine failure in two charts and two graphs from four countries
I could make the long case about original antigenic sin, falling antibodies, the issues around cellular immunity, myocarditis, and all the rest.
But I’m just going to offer these four images because they speak more clearly than anything I could say.
Scotland, Britain, Israel, and Denmark are four of the world’s most highly vaccinated countries. They all have 90 percent adult Covid vaccination rates and 60 percent adult boosters. Yet the vast majority of deaths are occurring in vaccinated people; serious cases are soaring; and infections are almost literally off the charts.
This is Covid vaccine failure at the most profound and basic level.
[…]
Remember, these failures cannot be blamed on vaccine skepticism, or Tucker Carlson, or me. These countries are as close to fully vaccinated as it is possible to be.
If you think this is what you were promised a year ago – or six months ago, or even a month ago – I don’t know what to tell you. But the answer cannot be to do MORE of what has not worked.
In an aptly-named subsequent post, Vaccine fanatics say the darnedest things, Berenson ads:
The public health authorities are MAD.
The bluecheck media types are even MADDER.
I am much more powerful than I thought.
My four-minute-appearance last night on Tucker Carlson has disrupted the heretofore incredibly successful Covid vaccine experiment. The good folks of America were lined up patiently for their boosters, or their double-boosters, or the super-duper-special-Omicron booster (coming soon, from Pfizer, in cherry flavor!). Then they heard me and threw off their coats and dove into the sea.
It was mass formation psychosis! Or double-secret hypnosis! Or something.
And I all I had to do to destroy America was tell Tucker (with complete accuracy) about the incredible rise in Covid infections and hospitalizations in highly vaccinated countries, and the evidence mRNA vaccines will not work against Omicron. You are getting very sleepy…
Now Twitter is filled with arguments over whether I’m grifter or delusional or maybe a delusional grifter. Sorry, kids, none of the above. I just follow the data. And read the papers. You know, reporting! It’s fun and exciting.
So let’s think about vaccine efficacy and vaccine failure.
All of the traditional, standard, bread and butter vaccines we all know about are highly effective, which is why they continue in use for decades upon decades. Some actually get more effective over time—like they’re better up to some point, the longer since you took them.
Consider measles, a good one since measles is highly contagious. Depending on sources you check, the measles vaccine is about 95% effective, so in a fully vaccinated population where everyone is exposed, you’d expect 5 out of 100 to get it anyway; compared to an unvaccinated population where everyone is exposed, all or a very high percentage would get it.
Now that’s a good vaccine, highly worth it. Almost everyone understands this. Were results like this not so, nobody would be interested.
When an organism develops a disease in spite of being vaccinated against it. Primary vaccine failure occurs when an organism’s immune system does not produce enough antibodies when first vaccinated. Secondary vaccine failure occurs when enough antibodies are produced immediately after the vaccination, but the levels fall over time. While antibody levels always fall over time, this would be a more rapid loss of immunity than expected for that vaccine.
Yep, pretty succinct. In traditional vaccines, it’s pretty well understood…the rates at which antibody levels decline—and so, in some cases, boosters are called for; but this is years, not weeks or months down the line. And, of course, this doesn’t even address the long-term adverse effects of this, since that has never even been studied. Well…I guess it’s being studied now in over a billion people—most of whom have not only received zero informed consent, but for many: actual coercion. All have received fraudulent salesmanship from government functionaries unqualified to dish out medical advice. It’s the stuff of NAZI experiments writ exponentially larger.
The other aspect is that vaccine failure would typically mean that its effectiveness wanes too quickly or is of too low efficiency to make them worth the risks. But what we’re seeing now is not that.
If a vaccine has an efficacy of zero, then—setting aside adverse effects— in any population you’d see a 1-1 ratio of infection amongst the vaccinated and unvaccinated. This is not what we see now. We see, instead, negative efficacy, where the vaccinated are more likely to be infected than the unvaccinated. And we’re seeing it all over the place. I wrote a post about this just a couple of days ago.
I hope you’ve taken in all of the foregoing, because if you have, then you just might take in this 4 minutes from a more informed perspective.
Ok, I guess that’s about it for this time.

The long term consequences of this shitshow are hard to contemplate — this does not have a happy ending.

@Richard, have you followed Rintrah’s writing (not just on the coof)? I think you’d enjoy his style and insight.
Never heard of it before. Scanned that post, seems to be tons of specific assumptions using general data.
We’ll see.
I was just recently thinking of recommending Rintrah’s blog to you, so it’s pleasantly surprising to see someone else mention his blog.
I definitely second the recommendation, his posts on Covid/vaccines are excellent.
Like Eddie says, you may enjoy some of his writing on other topics as well.
Thanks for this Rumble link to the interview. I went to YouTube first and it has been taken down of course.
My crazy sisters-in-law got both her 8 yr old twin daughters injected. Both her and her husband got “boosted”. We’ll see what happens
Ugh. Good luck to them. The odds are in their favor at least. But my 58-year old sister gambled and lost. She died suddenly last week a couple of months after her booster shot. Official explanation is a rare and sudden acceleration of a long-dormant blood cancer. Shit happens I guess. My speculations about vaccine side effects are met with hostility from the rest of my family. I’m just that crazy uncle everyone avoids at Thanksgiving.
Means you’re doing your job, Alan.
What for the day they tell you that they knew you were right all along.
This is compelling but I think there are some confounding factors that could part explain what’s happening. The distribution of vaxxed/unvaxxed across a population is not random: those who know they’re sick or vulnerable, those unaware whether they’re really healthy or not, and morons will be more likely to vaxxed themselves, whereas those who are aware that they are heathy or have no comorbidities or sensible enough to consider risks based on age are more likely to be unvaxxed. If the vaxx stops working you’re left with a vaxxed population who are skewed towards unhealthy (in addition to any general immune compromise caused by the vaxxes). Unvaxxed are also more likely to have acquired natural immunity by weathering a mild covid response whereas the unhealthy or vaxxed are either dead or harboring a vax level inferior immunity. (Not sure what happens if you have nat immunity and they get vaxxed?).
Anyway it’s great to finally see this clown car shitshow slowly disintegrate with the diehards clinging on as the wheels spin off down a side street. I’m going to savor every moment.
Yes, those are all confounders that should always be taken into account.
But remember that an initial confounder that I saw banded about was that well, when you start chalking up vaxx effectiveness, remember the the health-conscious lefties lined up first, so a cake and eat too thing.
I think compliant, scared, sheep lined up first.
There’s a billion people vaccinated now, so all these confounders wash out into what’s the general population.
The only confounder now is those with brains vs. the encephalitic. 😉
